房東小姐姐人很好溝通，房間佈置很有風格，缺點是比較吵，即使是高層，也擋不住窗外的嘈雜，是房屋位置的問題，當然如果睡眠好的可以忽略不計，另外無錫很美，對狗狗也相對友好

房東很熱情，回覆也很及時。但是我想如實評價下房子。首先電梯，不知道是不是限價房還是很老的房子，電梯運行晃晃悠悠，樓道里不乾淨。其次再説下房子內部，挨着一個高鐵，晚上不是很安靜，可以選擇開空調，大卧室的床，建議房東換一個，感覺翻個身床就要塌了。再説下衞生間，地面很臟，但是洗澡水很好。廚房很油膩。地址位置離惠山古鎮，南長街等等都不遠。建議房東找個保潔整體收拾下屋裡衞生，還有一個建議，屋裡可以再少些裝飾品，我個人覺得特別容易碰倒物品。

環境好，適合家庭出行居住，民宿附近餐館、超市、便利店也多，很方便。民宿客廳的鞦韆，大人孩子都愛坐，以後有機會來，還住你家。

民宿很乾凈舒服，入住了像家的感覺，裏面有很舒服的沙發鞦韆，還可以做飯，裏面用具很齊全。
交通方便，遊玩和買菜離南禪寺很近，南禪寺周圍有朝陽市場，裏面東西也很多！
重要的是房東姐姐人很好！因為起晚了🥹甚至幫忙延時了一會，出門忘帶手機，姐姐還重新給了密碼，幫忙開門，整個過程姐姐都很温柔善解人意🥹🥹🥰

有一説一哈，這個價格能住到這樣的環境，包括內飾衞生，這樣真的感覺很欣慰。然後讓朋友來到這邊能有一種家鄉的味道，也有一種賓至如歸的感覺，非常謝謝老闆能給提供一個這樣温馨的家庭的一天，最主要的是我的充電器還落到這邊了，後來我又聯繫到老闆，老闆這邊也熱心的幫我找到了。謝謝您！

性價比還是很高的，附近交通非常方便，就算打車去景點玩也都是起步價，小區外也有很多可以吃飯的地方！房間的整體衞生都做的很好，很多必要的生活用品也都有，即使問題很多，房東也都一一回復了，真的很贊！
