On the whole, I was pleased with the overall level of service provided. One area for improvement, however, was the air conditioning system, which tended to produce noticeable noise. Furthermore, there were occasions when I detected an unfamiliar odor (smoke) within the room, but I was uncertain of its source. Staff also could not help to resolve for those.

It was my first time to visit Wuxi. I randomly found a hotel. I didn't expect it to be surprisingly good. The surroundings were very quiet, the environment was very good, and even the air was very fresh. As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff greeted us warmly, especially Mina and Louis at the front desk. The processing process was also very efficient. The two of them also introduced us some fun places in Wuxi very enthusiastically. We chatted for a long time. I also felt the enthusiasm of the staff here. After checking in, I went to the hotel room. The room was also very large, the sheets and quilt covers were very neat and clean, and the housekeepers were also very nice. This trip to Wuxi was very good.

We had a great and relaxing time at Atour. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a wonderful city view at night. The location is excellent, and it was easy for us to go anywhere in Wuxi. What stood out to us the most were the staff: They were nice, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing spots. We were able to check in early so that we could start sightseeing right after we got off the train! Thank you for giving us a wonderful time, 柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 韩函! I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.

This was a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, with complete smart facilities and quick voice access. The hotel is right next to the viaduct, and the transportation is very convenient. It is very close to the city center. For soundproofing, the room is double-glazed. As long as the window outside is closed, it is very quiet. My partner and I are both light sleepers. We brought earplugs but they were completely useless. The service attitude of the hotel front desk and the cleaning lady were very friendly. It was rainy a few days after the holiday and I didn't bring an umbrella. The front desk provided an umbrella to help me travel. The audio-visual room I ordered was unexpectedly good. The screen was large, and the picture quality was very clear when some lights were turned off without reflection. Not only can it be projected directly, but there is also an iQiyi conference. It is also a very comfortable choice to watch movies in the hotel. In short, I am very satisfied and will give priority to ordering next time if there is a need.
