To avoid the travel peak during the Spring Festival, I asked my friends for recommendations. I was really satisfied with the recommended hotel. The location is good, convenient for traveling, and very close to tourist attractions. There is a promenade at the back door of the hotel, which leads directly to the Impression Dahongpao Theater. The scenery on the promenade is unparalleled. It just happened that Wuyi Mountain was not too cold these two days. It's great to take the children for a walk and run on the promenade. It's very safe. When I first arrived at the hotel, the staff was hanging lanterns. I suddenly felt that the New Year was approaching and the New Year was full of flavor. It seems that I am also a sentimental person. With multiple attractions nearby including Zhonghua Wuyi Tea Expo Park, Great King Peak and Wuyi Snake Garden, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. This was a very happy trip. The air in Wuyi Mountain has a unique oxygen content. As soon as we got off the train, the scent of grass and trees filled our noses. The hotel room is a bit old-fashioned, it feels like a high-end hotel in the 90s, and the breakfast is not worth the 70 yuan, you can eat at McDonald's next door. The advantage is that there is a large swimming pool and hot springs, both free.

Breakfast spread was amazing with good variety of tasty local dishes. Everyone was attentive and check in on us every now and then. Superb service we ever experienced in Wuyishan.
Love their in-house tea eggs and had an unique experience with their specialised tea bath.

SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

There will be no feeling of dust mites all over the carpet, and the aunt cleans it very cleanly. Every day when I come back, the house is fragrant and will not choke! The right smell really makes me feel like I'm home, and I feel very relaxed after a tiring day! The lobby is also very clean, and it is newly renovated, so the style and decoration are very simple and stylish!

😋Food: Going inside the first floor is the restaurant opened by the homestay. The lady in the cafeteria recommends it very well! The aunties are also kind and cute! They will ask you if you have eaten well and are full. They really smile so kindly. I like it. The taste here is very good and the price is affordable! I highly recommend stir-fried pork belly with belly meat and fresh bamboo shoots (tender bamboo shoots). It's really yyds. Shredded pork noodles (rice noodles) mixed with belly meat are really delicious! The Dahongpao ice cream and Guangbing in Wuyishan Scenic Area tasted pretty good, but I didn't eat the filial piety biscuits (I couldn't eat any more).
To sum up: the housekeepers and canteen ladies here are really nice and kind! The environment, service and facilities here are among the best in the many hotels and B&Bs I have stayed in. The air is fresh, the scenery is pleasant, and there is a cute and obedient ragdoll cat Zhaocai (remember it is Zhaocai, not Wangcai!) I want to steal the cat away every day.
I will come again next time!!! ! ...

Facilities: All items in the room are free to use, including tea bags, handmade biscuits, Wuyishan spring water, cola sparkling water, welcome fruits, coffee. I drove all the time and didn't eat at noon. I was full after eating and drinking in the room. Hahaha.
Hygiene: Even people with mysophobia think it is very clean. There is no dust on the tatami, and you can lie down freely. The same is true for bath towels and towels, and the bed quilts.
Environment: There is an underground parking lot for self-driving parking. There are many places to eat nearby, and you can also order takeout. There is a place to walk the dog outside the homestay, and the scenery is also good.
Service: The ladies are all very good. I just hope that if the dog cannot enter the restaurant in the future, I can inform you in advance, and there will be a solution, such as eating breakfast outdoors or delivering breakfast to the room. AAnja 安雅Lovely resort very out in the green, whilst close to Wuyigong palace, all peaks (Tianyoufeng, Dawangfeng, Shuilian Cave) as well as Duiia Qu for food. You can basically walk everywhere if you have enough time. The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, there is also a small travel agency that can take you for tea tasting and seeing how they grow and produce tea in Wuyishan. Breakfast was good, rather Chinese though. Receptionists were lovely and helpful, as well as room service. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Iivan khongFantastic hotel. Near to airport. Located a 7yuan taxi ride away frim the town centre but well worth it if you are looking for a nice, secluded, away from city feel. Very nice. A river flows in front and rear of the hotel, nice and quiet. A quaint village is located which you can take a stroll in if you wanna see village life. Very nice picturesque area with an old bridge, great for sunrise pics.
Food is good. Staff very friendly. Willing to recommend restaurants to eat in. Also recommended to take the bamboo raft ride down the 9 bend stream at wuyi shan nature park. Also recommended the Impressions Dahongbao live show, not to be missed.
Hotel General Manager, Angie, helped us a lot. As we barely speak Mandarin, she speaks English and helped us make bookings, and speak to the locals via phone when we encountered problems communicating. She recommended places that we would not have thought of and even suggested hotels in Xiamen for our next stop in our itinerary, and we chose the Holiday Inn next to the airport. Also suggested.places in other provinces we should go in our next trip to China.

I really have to praise the hotel here. The location is really good. It’s very convenient to go to the station or go shopping around. Now the bus is free, which is really cool. The service is also very good. I received a souvenir from Fukumi when I entered the store. The young man at the front desk also took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. Thank you very much~ The response to inquiries about travel information was very timely. At 8 o'clock in the evening, we also gave a warm reminder that there is something downstairs. Warm desserts are provided. All in all, it was really good. I was very impressed by my trip to Wuyi Mountain. Although the weather was not too good, it made me feel happy. Yes, I also recommend everyone to eat at the hotel's self-operated restaurant, which is very cost-effective.

MMaja VA great place! The owner is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and has a nice terrace to enjoy, when the weather is not too hot. The food is also amazing. When we arrived we first ate lunch and had this bamboo broth that was delicious. Also the way the welcome children is very heartwarming. They had a lot of toys they shared with our two boys and it was great when we came back in the evening and we wanted to relax a bit, the boys could play there. One evening the owner daughters had a birthday and they even shared the cake with them. Really so toughtful and nice!
We chose this hotel also for it's location. Because we arrived in the afternoon, we still wanted to check some attractions and it was really perfect that the hotel is within and walking distance to bamboo rafting. When we were there the last ride was scheduled for 15:40, so we managed to have lunch and still came on time for the raft ride.
Definitely a very good place to stay if you are in Wuyishan area.

GGuest UserWe stayed overnight when passing by Wuyi Mountain. The hotel is located in a central area. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to a local street with unique characteristics. The Wuyi smoked goose there is really delicious. I think the biggest advantage of the hotel is that parking is very convenient. The internal area of the hotel is quite large and is divided into several buildings. The room I booked this time is on the first floor. After completing the formalities in the lobby, I have to go down one flight of stairs. It may be because of the heavy humidity in the mountainous area that there are mold spots in the room. Overall, it meets expectations.
