環境：這次選擇住西安w酒店，酒店設計感十足，很漂亮，酒店陽台外看到的湖景也很漂亮
服務：管家yuky一早就加了wx，提前詢問對於房間的要求，還幫我們免費升級了房型，非常棒，很滿意，大堂前台和禮賓的服務人員都很熱情
