入住十分滿意！酒店服務很貼心，有免費接送機場服務，晚上也有甜湯和熱牛奶供客人喝，工作人員寧羊態度特別好。酒店的地理位置很好，在城牆附近，走路十分鐘就可以到達地鐵口。酒店衞生乾淨整潔，是一次特別好的入住體驗！

Best hotel in have stayed in on my trip! Kiwi from nz traveling alone with zero Chinese however front desk spoke very good English. They helped me so much with taxis and talking to drivers , telling me places to go and see and food spots. Can't thank them enough for making my trip as authentic as it was! Would 10/10 stay here again and will be telling anyone that says they are going to china to stay here. Plenty of local food places to eat delicious food! Walk in every direction for an amazing culture experience! Performances, street massages, barbers, street food, shopping, palm reading, street concerts, you name it , all walking distance from the hotel! Best street food if you walk out the hotel and turn left walk 40m and eat there! Great food and friendly locals

Environment: The geographical location is excellent. It is next to the south gate and across the road is the moat, park and paths, which are all very easy to visit. Walking inside the city gate is a particularly lively place. Xi'an has a lot of delicious food.

酒店很新 ，前兩年開業的，設備都很齊全，酒店大廳設計很完美，新中式風格的，很符合西安的氣質，酒店前台的雪兒和桃子的服務我們很滿意，有問題反饋及時解決，淋浴間花灑水很小，她們也很耐心的給我説，酒店工程還會幫我們解決，很及時，還有免費的接送機，如果晚時間的話，還可以免費寄存行李，再去別的地方去逛逛，到了送機時間服務員💁都會來提醒⏰我們拿行李🧳，很在乎客人的需求，房間很大，我們一共是訂了兩個房間，很寬敞，酒店的地理位置也很優越，離鐘鼓樓城牆很近，步行就可以過去，城牆全程很長，如果要走完的話，建議騎共享單車，非常方便，而且這個酒店還是連鎖的，下次還會來入住的！非常感謝雪兒和桃子，晚上還有甜湯和泡腳桶的提供，我覺得很舒心！
