真實點評，僅供參考：
1.陪伴孩子考試，第一次住了15天之久的民宿，由於個人職業因素，有點小潔癖，尤其對有些酒店的下水道，馬桶反味，煙味，無法忍受。但是這家民宿沒有上述問題，空氣清新，空調出風沒有異味。房間配備了冰箱，洗衣機，電熱水器是大容量的，足夠2個女生認認真真的洗澡（朋友住樓下別家民宿衹夠勉強沖一下）。因為住的時間長，個人還是忍不住自帶的消毒劑大體情潔了一遍，這是純屬個人毛病😁😁。
2.環境非常安靜，真的是比在家裡都安靜，29樓，也聽不到車流聲，房間隔音很好，畢竟這是民用公寓樓，比樓下酒店那種隔間安靜太多了。無論白天夜晚樓道里都很安靜。
3.電梯衹能刷卡才能上來，安全有保障，不會魚龍混雜。就是點外賣也需要樓上按電梯才能送上來。
4.地下停車場和地面停車都比較貴，經過老闆娘的指點停在了安全的地方，起初每天都怕交警來貼條，經過觀察，此地很安全。
5.老闆很好溝通，很隨和，看了不同的房型，考慮照顧學生，推薦了合適的房型。房間床品也是酒店式的，一看就是外送熨洗的。
6.周邊有大型商超，出門公交方便，去賽格，小寨銀泰都有直達公交。離地鐵口有一定距離，但是騎共享電單車幾分鐘也就到了。
非常滿意的一家民宿！值得推薦給大家。
