The location is amazing but its not obvious how to find, there is a gate and half block walk and a slow elevator and a simple lobby desk area and then an elevator ride to another floor. The price and the room make a truely awesome combination. Huge room and huge ceiling and clean. Its my style totally which is not luxury. Food near by within walking distance. I booked one night then a second. If my deparute flight wasnt so early id book a third night, so quiet and comfortable. I loved the art mural on the concrete wall. Airconditioning worked perfect. Warning hot water will boil your skin off, set low cold as quick to scald, serious, start cold and slow to try hot or you will burn. Huge windows too, that open. Amazing place, my favorite room of 2.5 months in china ! Simple though, limited. furniture. Comfortable bed, had good sleeps, not too soft but not typical china hard !

We had a nice stay at the Eastern House which was a short walk to Muslim Street. The hotel smells amazing and has a pleasant ambiance upon entering. Few staff spoke Englush but were adept at using their translation devices. The executive room was large and had plenty of space to accommodate large and small suitcases. My 80 year old dad said the bed was not firm enough, but he slept just fine taking naps and such from jetlag. The toilet was low. There's no grab bar in the shower or toilet, but there's a bath mat. The towels were soft (to include wash clothes) and there's refillable shampoo, etc in the shower. The breakfast is Chinese style but satisfactory. We took advantage of the guest laundry, which I think was free. I brought my own laundry pods. Arranging airport drop off was a breeze and cost 30¥ per person. I would stay at this hotel again.

Our stay at this hostel in Xian was truly delightful! The location within the old city walls, close to the west gate, was perfect for exploring the historical charm of Xian. We were surrounded by an array of amazing restaurants and charming cafes, adding to the overall wonderful experience. The staff at the hostel were incredibly helpful, and it was a relief to find that some of them spoke English, which made communication easier for us. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This trip to Xian was the first time my parents and I visited the city, and thanks to the warm hospitality and convenience of this hostel, we had an unforgettable time. We are already looking forward to returning and creating more beautiful memories in Xian. A very style homestay, very clean and comfortable, hot water air conditioning is very powerful, the bed is particularly comfortable, the location is particularly convenient, it is only two or three hundred meters away from the Yongningmen subway station, and the SKP East Gate is separated by a small road, there are many restaurants downstairs and many small night market stalls at night The reception brother is very warm and patient. This hotel is really the right choice for traveling in Xi'an! The location is very advantageous, with Wangfujing Department Store downstairs, SKP and Hopson Hui opposite, a vegetable market in the south, and 711 downstairs. You don't have to worry about food and drink. You can get to the subway in a few steps. The transportation is convenient and perfect! Luckily, this room is very large and spacious, and it is very convenient to put luggage. The bathroom is also very large. Even if the mother takes the baby to wash together, there is more than enough space. There are TV, hair dryer and small refrigerator in the room, but the TV channel number is a bit messy. The channel number of Blue Channel corresponds to CCTV-8. I wanted to watch Running Man but didn't. The small refrigerator needs to be powered on continuously to be relatively cool. You can put water in it when you come back at night, and it will be cold when you go out the next morning. The hotel's breakfast variety can be richer. There are Western-style toast, butter fried chicken, French fries and salad, but there are no ham slices, sausages and the like. There are five or six kinds of Chinese hot stir-fried dishes, which can balance it. The service is very good. The front desk will greet anyone passing by. The waiters who clean the house every morning are also very good and work very quickly. All in all, the overall price-performance ratio is very high. If I have the opportunity to come to Xi'an next time, I will choose this hotel again.

Great location in the middle of a pedestrian area and cose to the metro station. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff didn't speak english but they were polite and helpfull. Highly reccomended!!

The location is great.Room with a view got a big window and can opening a small one.There is one small convenience store at the hotel corner ,cause my flight arrv late at night but I still find cup noodles and bread. Maid didn' change the blanket cover,bed sheet or pillow even I'm staying for 7 days.Towel look dark and worn used.The blanket seem too thick for summer,but aircondition working well.There're no bell boy to help me carrying the baggage.One of the staff I'd like to recommened is Mr. Gao Le,the front who very helphful.He even helped me to order delicious food from restaurants nearby such as Beijing Duck. I'm happy to stayed here even staff can't speak english,cause I'm got translater. I'll be back on March next year or may be on this September.

We were in the huge 2 level suite! It was awesome for our family of four! So much space and storage spots. A great dining table to eat together. Another bathroom and shower upstairs. The one slight downside was it was quite dusty maybe from construction on floor above. No renovation noise during our weekend stay. Breakfast was decent, Chinese options better than western ones IMHO. Coffee better than expected. The staff were super friendly and helpful and let us delay our checkout a bit but I speak Chinese so your mileage may vary.

The hotel is in a good location, the room is clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. The sound insulation is also very good. There is 24-hour hot water, the TV is very clear, the visual effect is very good, and there are very cute robots delivering things!
