The room is quite satisfactory, there is no big problem, that is, when I check in the room, it is a bit unpleasant, saying that the room set on Trip.com is the cheapest and most cornered room. The review has to write this, and it is said to give an upgrade, haha, or the next door to the room at the end of the aisle, it doesn't matter. Can't be difficult for the front desk. Management is not in place. Breakfast, the level is very general, the variety is really small, the automatic coffee machine, or semi-automatic, the can is American, no latte, no cappuccino, no automated coffee, haha, the first time I stayed in a hotel under Jianguo's brand, to sum up, I will not live for the second time.

Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Xi'an and overall had a good experience, although there were a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay. Upon arrival, we found that there was no assistance provided beyond the usual passport verification during the check-in process. We were simply given our room key and left to find our own way to the room. To our disappointment, upon entering the room, we discovered a blood stain on the bed. This was obviously unacceptable and made our stay quite uncomfortable. Due to language difficulties and the late hour of our check-in, we improvised by placing large towels on the bed. The following morning, we reported the issues with the check-in process and the unsatisfactory room condition to the manager. The manager, Sabrina, was very apologetic and quickly arranged for us to be moved to a cleaner room. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, they gifted us a bottle of wine and some fruits. Sabrina went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday at the Sheraton Xi'an. The room service was efficient, and the prices were reasonable. The staff members were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. We would like to suggest that Sheraton pays attention to addressing these small hiccups, as mentioned above. Despite the initial issues, we ultimately had a positive experience and enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Sheraton! 😀

The front desk is beautiful and generous, the service is enthusiastic, proactive, efficient, thoughtful, and professional. The room has good lighting, bright, comfortable, and clean hygiene. The mattress is comfortable, the water flows out quickly, the water temperature is good, and bathing is comfortable. The internet speed is fast, and the office is convenient. The room is tidy, clean and hygienic, with friendly room attendants, good service, quick and thoughtful movements. There is free laundry on the second floor, which is very convenient for cleaning clothes. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious, and the sour plum soup is also delicious. Xi'an is very beautiful, and the women here are all wearing their own traditional costumes.Very good, highly recommended!

Excellent location near the drum and bell towers and close to metro. Lots of great street food nearby! Stunning terrace with view of drum tower, beautiful during the day and at night! Arrived at 1am and the helpful staff at reception offered us a free breakfast. Food wasn’t that great for western options and probably would have been disappointed if I had paid for it but a lovely gesture from the staff. Coffee was good!! Room was clean and spacious with good AC. Would stay here again!!
