We booked a family suite, but check-in went awry. First, we were told the previous guest hadn't checked out yet and that we could check in at 2:00 PM. We were kept waiting, but when we asked again after 3:00 PM, we were told we'd have to wait nearly another hour. After finally waiting long enough, we were told the so-called ”family suite” was actually two completely separate rooms, one with twin beds and one with a king-size bed. It wasn't even a suite! How could this be a suite? It was clearly two ordinary rooms slapped together to be a ”family suite” to trick people! For us, a family with children, this arrangement was incredibly inconvenient. Having the children running back and forth between the two rooms was a hassle, and we had to constantly worry about their safety. There was absolutely no convenience or interactive space that a suite should have. We booked for the comfort and convenience of a ”suite,” but not only did we experience a long check-in delay, but we were also severely misled by the room information. It was a truly terrible experience. A sincere reminder to anyone considering booking a family suite: be cautious and avoid this trap!

It was a pretty good stay! The hotel is right next to the subway station, very close to the night market, and convenient for getting to the high-speed rail station. It offers great value for money and excellent service. Definitely worth recommending, all the amenities and services were top-notch.

Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive, checking me in quickly and kindly. They even proactively recommended some local, lesser-known spots to visit, showing a great attention to detail. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on clouds. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and a stable temperature. Even the toiletries had a faint, pleasant scent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly cooked rice noodles and fresh fruit were exactly what I craved. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers; it's definitely on my list for my next visit!
