前台三位女士態度極差，問問題漠不關心衹顧聊天，開房間時態度冷淡、語氣冷漠，像人欠她錢一樣沒有服務意識，退房時候接待的黑西裝女士態度很好房間衞浴比較老、床是偏硬

衞生間是好早以前整體浴室，馬桶老化都黃了，淋浴噴頭小水流小，床硬，WiFi網速慢的沒法用，最離譜是牆插一會有電一會沒電，手機一晚上沒有充上電。門口就三個停車位。優點是離小西天很近步行幾分鐘，周圍吃飯的不少。

總體還可以，在小縣城應該還算不錯，但和旅遊城市比在硬件設施上還是有一定的差距，服務人員態度還是比較熱情友好的，值得一讚。

性價比很高的酒店，帶的早餐，老闆娘很熱情。酒店離小西天走路大概五分鐘，在房間裏就能看見小西天的山頭，而且酒店附近小吃也很多，推薦大家下次來住。最後附上幾張自己拍的照片，想要領通關文牒的朋友，可以七點半在酒店吃了早飯過去，大概八點排上隊就肯定能領上）
