地理位置是絕對的好，距離景區很近，步行可以直達。周邊容易堵車

房間內有很大味道-潮濕的味道，燈光比較暗，無茶几。電源插頭沒有USB插口。提供充電線還需要付費的。總之房間環境不好。

除了空調的聲音有點大其他都很不錯，離廈門大學非常近大概步行四五分鐘的樣子，周邊吃飯也很方便，去沙灘也近。

該酒店有一點好處是距離廈大還有南普陀寺很近，出行方便。
但是酒店因為在城區的問題，很老舊了，房間一進去有一股黴味，很潮，空調製冷非常慢，一打開有味道會出來，應該很久沒清洗了，房間內的設施都很老舊了，，床內製品感覺也不乾淨，不過前台的短頭髮女生服務態度很好。
