The front desk lady is enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with convenient transportation. It is close to the subway station. Opposite is the old gymnasium where concerts are occasionally held. It is also very convenient to eat, drink and have fun. There is also a bus stop at the door. The room is equipped with a very clear projector and comes with Tencent video membership and Yamaha surround sound. The room also has a smart toilet, just like at home. It feels pretty good. The environment and lobby look pretty good, clean and bright. Not bad. I stayed here with my child (≧ｗ≦) for one night. It was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice, polite and enthusiastic. When I asked about checking out or extending my stay at noon, I said check out. The lady at the front desk took the initiative to say that she could give us a free delay of 14:00 in the afternoon to check out. It was really humane. I could take a nap at noon. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a 2 nights stay at the Pullman Xiamen hotel from 29 to 31 Oct. I would like to give compliments to the reception staff at this hotel, especially Beck and Wendy. Beck had guilded and helped us to book our ferry tickets to Gulangyu and made payment using his local identity. Kudos to his good services, we had a very good experience staying in Xiamen. Everything is fine, but the room is too small. After putting the twin beds in the room I booked, it was a bit difficult to turn around. The cost performance is not very high. This is a small and exquisite hotel located in the center of Xiamen. From the public areas to the rooms, the design of every part reflects the boss's unique ingenuity, and the hygiene is great! The hotel is in an excellent location, opposite Vientiane City and the entrance to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The service goes without saying. Every day when we return to the hotel, we receive warm greetings from the front desk staff. If we have any requests after check-in, we do our best to meet them. I feel that this is a warm hotel. The pleasant check-in experience also adds a lot to our itinerary!

The hygiene of the sofa in the room was worrisome. Sitting on the sofa (chaise), my arms and legs were bitten 4 times by unknown bugs in two days.

The hotel is very near to Xiamen Airport T3. I booked it for sake for transitting the next day. The hotel offers free pick up and drop off between hotel and T3/T4 Xiamen Airport. The hotel room is very comfy. All required amenities is available. I sleep very well. Comfy and clean room. Highly recommend.

Airport shuttle at anytime this i will give 5star, because i arrive too late and still have shuttle van to pick me up. Cleaner will clean your room everyday unless you request don't clean.
