房間衞生是很乾凈，還免費提供一次性馬桶墊，洗漱用品用一個墨綠色牛皮紙袋裝好遞到你手裡，老闆非常好，耐心，熱情，好客，貼心。就是雙人標間，空間小了點，正方形的房型，如果帶個打呼的隊友，光聽回聲就震耳欲聾了。空調很涼，早餐很乾凈衞生，有家的味道。游泳池真的太舒服了，周邊的環境也絕美。很出片。附近的飯店，咖啡店很多。但是建議不要掐着飯點去，會滿席，推薦新昌土菜館，在初夏旁邊步行20米，一個上坡爬樓梯上去。一家三口一頓飯大概200多。住宿附近停車也免費。整體還是可以的。

訂了3間房，基礎房型據説很拘謹，有點小，豪華景觀房還可以，就是空調對着床，晚上睡覺這個風有點尷尬，關小了又熱，開大了又冷……具體評價看我另一篇

性價比很高的民宿，出凡塵入慢鄉，觀雲海看日出，老闆性格很好，還耐心介紹當地景點和小吃，游泳池拍照很出片，下次還會去！

老闆很客氣，聽説我們帶了兩個孩子，馬上增加了一床被子和兩套洗漱用品。房間的視野特別好，落地窗望出去一片茶園。民宿還有個泳池，拍照很出片。早餐雖不能和五星級酒店媲美，但乾淨美味，特別是配粥的醬菜很好吃。民宿所處的地理位置位於下巖貝村，看雲海，看十九峯視角絕佳。離十九峯景區很近，步行就能到。

酒店在下巖貝村，房間風景很贊，視野不錯。裝修簡約大氣，整體滿意。可惜天氣不太熱，浪費了漂亮的泳池，夏天去小朋友應該更開心。
