周邊環境不錯，進景區方便，有温泉可泡。但設施一般，房間狹窄，隔音效果不好。服務意識不強，餐廳菜式品種可選擇餘地不大。

服務態度非常差，廁所門是壞的，廁所也有問題，沖水半天沖不下去。最嚴重的就是熱水器沒有熱水，打電話去一個晚上都沒有解決這個問題。開始説讓等半個小時，後面又説等一個小時，從晚上十點多等到半夜一點多水還是冷水。忽悠人的，根本就沒有去解決熱水的問題。空調超級響，很吵，環境也差，吵得要死，隔音也非常差，車位也很緊張，山咔咔的，信號又不好，想吃個飯得開車跑很遠。去新豐千萬不要去雲髻山温泉度假山莊，去了保證你會非常後悔，後悔白花錢買罪受。

房間分兩種，一種比較新，比較寬敞，另一種比較老舊，地板踩下去吱吱作響，衞生間的排氣扇也不能用。早餐八點半才有，品種少的可憐。但周邊環境的確不錯，值得一遊。
