第一，沒有給我們給房卡住了兩天之後才知道給房卡，説是我們房間沒有房卡，每次進門都過來找他給我們開，，第二，我們退的是還沒有入住的那一晚，我們是三點之前退的，，第三，退房時間並沒有告訴我們要在12點之前退完，當我們去退的時候，他説退不了，而那個告知要在12點退房的那個單子是貼在牆內部的，人根本就看不到，第四，房內隔音特別不好，在裏面都能聽到，隔壁還是外面有人在刷視頻的聲音，第五床上有一個枕頭是被一個煙頭燙了一個洞的，而且感覺都不是乾淨的，然後我們自己從外面買了一套鋪了上去，第六當我們説要退當晚的房時，他説退不了，説衹能退40塊錢，説什麼按照他的方法算，怎麼怎麼衹能退40，後來按照他的方法算，是推五十，他連那50都不想退，第七，服務態度極其不好。當我們説要退房時，他説錢退不了，我説協商。那我明晚過來住，他説住不了，我説你這樣的話，我衹能投訴了，他説如果你投訴我衹有50塊錢也不會給你太牛了以後絕不會來西寧了真絕
