The front desk warmly changed the room 8002 and can be used normally. Telephone: Both rooms cannot be used. If you need to communicate with the front desk, you need to go to the front desk in person. Worst: No hot water, very cold bath water. It's also the root cause of my low rating. Front desk service: It's ok on the whole, and will try to satisfy any demands. On the second day, the sister at the front desk will be better if she smiles more, and the more warm and thoughtful service can give passengers a more comfortable experience. I chose this room because I came to the bathtub, soaking in it would be more exhausting, but the water temperature was very bad, I hope this problem can be completely solved.

本來訂的街對面的西岸酒店，因為修路的原因，車開不過去，臨時改了這家酒店。房間裏面沒有空調，白天會感覺有些熱，但是有一台冷氣機可以加濕，吹些冷風出來還是可以緩解一下。房間很大，很舒服，衞生間也很大！電視也能看到好多台，我們出遊那麼多天第一晚從電視上看到了奧運會。

The loaction is great, between a night market street and Mojia streets, plus it is an easy walk to Zhongxin Square and Dongguan Mosque. Breakfast had variety from day to day, and the staff were helpful and nice. The rooms are quiet but a little small, and there was a bit of disintegration at the bottom of the wall of my room, which is the only reason my score for cleanliness is lower.

For the price this is a very reasonable hotel with a nice location. The best thing about our stay here was definitely the staff, who were super nice and helpful. The rooms are also of good size. We only checked in here to get a few hours of daytime rest before travelling onwards, but I would have no problem spending the night here as well :)
