The hotel is a interlocking hotel under the Lijiang Group. Management is standardized, clean and tidy. The quality of the staff is high and the service attitude is good. There are many varieties of breakfast, including milk, coffee and soy milk. It is more perfect to punish people who smoke in the store with strict means.

The location is great, right across from Wanda Plaza, making shopping, leisure, and dining super convenient. There's plenty of parking both above ground and underground. The hotel facilities are decent; not new, but not run-down either. Most hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning. Breakfast selection is good – not super extensive, but all the essentials are there. The staff are all very enthusiastic and respond quickly. Given it's peak season, the price is what it is. Overall, I'm satisfied; you can't have everything.

Our first night on the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, and what a fantastic stay! The hotel is surrounded by shops, making it super convenient to stock up on travel essentials and do some retail therapy before hitting the road. We were on a high floor, offering a stunning panoramic view of the city at night – absolutely beautiful! The service was exceptional. We got a free room upgrade, a small gift at check-in, and the breakfast spread was incredibly generous. I even left an item in the room, and the staff found and kept it safe for me. Honestly, a truly great experience, I highly recommend it!

The lobby is clean and atmospheric, the reception desk Xiaolong service is warm and patient, and the check-in speed is very fast. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the rest is particularly stable at night. The bathroom amenities are complete and the hot water supply is stable. The cleaning staff is attentive and responsive to needs. The overall facilities are perfect, the price is very high, whether it is a business trip or a trip is very suitable, the parking lot is convenient for parking, and it is free, I will choose here next time, I really recommend it!

They have everything from mini wontons, noodles, bread, cakes, yogurt, stir-fries, congee, cereal, and juices (of course, it can't compare to a five-star hotel, but it's very good for a hotel of its caliber). 2. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room with complimentary washers and dryers. There are even sticky notes and magnets next to them, so you can write your room number on a note and attach it. If you can't pick up your laundry promptly, the staff can retrieve it, put it into a laundry bag, and deliver it to your room. This is absolutely fantastic! Now for the downsides: 1. The room I booked was advertised as having a smart toilet, but the bidet function didn't work; the water sprayed downwards instead of upwards. 2. The mini-fridge in the room was very noisy, clearly old and due for replacement. Plus, it was unplugged, and I had to pull it out to plug it in (I'm guessing the previous guest unplugged it because of the noise, but it should have been plugged back in during room cleaning, otherwise the next guest can't get cold drinks). Finally, a positive note on the service: I left in a hurry and forgot my charger in the room. After I called, the staff immediately verified they found it and promptly couriered it to the specified address. The response time was very quick! I have to give them high praise for the service.

The decor is modern and bright, and the rooms are quite spacious, featuring a sofa and a small workstation. The blackboard-style message area is a nice touch. The rooms are highly automated, with a smart TV that allows screen mirroring and a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. The breakfast offers everything you'd expect from a Hampton Inn of this caliber. Right next to the hotel is a famous local seafood restaurant, and directly across the street, there's an entire strip of convenient eateries. However, note that it's a 10-15 minute walk to Wanda Plaza, so it's not super close. Also, due to road construction right outside the hotel, you might need to walk a short distance to the parking lot entrance to catch a taxi.

The service provided by the front desk lady is very good, proactive, enthusiastic, and very friendly. The room is clean and has no odor. The bathroom is also very clean. There is hot water all day long and the water comes out quickly. It is a good place to stay on a business trip

This hotel is in its own building, which is quite rare for a provincial capital city (many hotels share buildings with other companies or hotels). It also has its own dedicated parking lot. The surrounding area is very bustling, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and taking a stroll. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they proactively asked about my car and driving situation. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern and functional facilities. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. After traveling for over two months, I finally got to enjoy a breakfast with bacon and buttered bread. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xining.
