首先位置很近，樓下左轉就是胖東來。房東小姐姐服務態度很好很到位，我們需要膠帶非常及時提供給我們了。房間投影冰箱空調設施使用體驗都很好，陽台還有吊椅 總之來新鄉玩住在這裡是一次很棒的住宿體驗

是公寓樓，房間和描述圖片一致，蠻温馨，就是洗澡的噴頭有點老舊，第二天晚上沒有wifi了，我自己有流量卡也沒問老闆，洗髮水入住的時候沒有多少了，洗的時候才發現，建議老闆之後可以都檢查下。挺好的，離大胖很近，小胖沒去。

房間很大，離胖東來很接近，繁華地段。就是衞生實在太差了，床品有味道，沙發很臟。

地段還可以就在胖東來附近，應該是公寓樓。小區環境整體不好，大門口就一堆大型垃圾桶。房間比較大，但是一進門就被門口的臟地墊嚇到了，還不如不放！衞生間也不是乾濕分離，床單一股子淡淡的煙味，應該是沒有高温烘烤過，長期累積的味道。
