The train station/department store building
I took my baby to stay in a superior double room. The room arranged by the front desk was very quiet at first and the location was good. I had to send my family off in the morning. My baby was sleeping in the room in the morning, so I went out. I guess my baby was not being honest when sleeping. I went outside the diaper pad and peed on the bed. The housekeeping department asked me to change rooms. Their attitude was very good. They said that I could just tell the front desk to change rooms. I went to the front desk to explain the situation, but the service attitude at the front desk was not special. Okay, they told me to change me to a very quiet room, but they changed me to a very noisy room. There were firecrackers, trumpets and drums in the afternoon until after 11 o'clock in the evening, and there were firecrackers again at about 5 o'clock in the morning. The sound of trumpets and drums is a particularly bad experience

I booked a room 10 days in advance and arrived at the hotel at 18:00 that night, but I was told that there were no rooms ready. I notified the room service staff to clean the room at short notice, saying that I would have to wait about half an hour for a room to be cleaned. Although the lady at the front desk was nice, I still felt uncomfortable. No matter what the reason is, customers should be able to check in at any time after 14:00, but the room is not ready when they arrive. This is a management problem and I hope it can be improved. The hotel has late night snacks, thumbs up!
