There are many hotels with Zen culture as the theme, but there are very few that truly have connotations. Walking into the hotel lobby, you will know that Zen Spring is definitely an exception.
It is said that the lobby cost 100 million yuan, all of which are made of imported teak and traditional mortise and tenon structure, with unique design and exquisite craftsmanship. Not a single nail was used, and it is magnificent. The lobby also displays a set of valuable mahogany tables and chairs, where guests can sit and rest when checking in.
💁Service: The hotel's good service can be felt from the moment you enter the door. The porter leads us to the front desk, and all employees stand up to greet us. The front desk ladies have sweet smiles, are humane and flexible according to the needs of the guests, and have a positive attitude. During the stay, all the employees who met on the road greeted warmly without exception, which shows that the training management is in place.
After completing the registration procedures, the exquisite maintenance visible to the naked eye on the way to the guest room, it is hard to believe that this is a hotel that has been in operation for nearly ten years.
🛏️Guest room: Lingnan style door design, comfortable interior space, and lush greenery outside the window. A full set of Laotian rosewood Ming-style furniture is also well maintained. I really want to give it a thumbs up. 👍Independent tea room, independent luggage cloakroom, the overall style is elegant, simple and luxurious. The guest rooms are also equipped with disinfection cabinets and towel disinfection cabinets, which is very reassuring.
🍃Environment: The hotel covers an area of more than 200 acres, with a construction area of 76,000 square meters. It has six large courtyards, landscape gardens, lakes, and green trees, forming a beautiful natural painting. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night this time and couldn't savor it carefully.
🏊Entertainment: The hotel has rich entertainment facilities. In addition to hot springs, there are also sutra copying, Zen tea room, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court, and a small cinema with uninterrupted playback. It's a pity that its rosewood exhibition hall is not open, so I couldn't find out and broaden my horizons.
🍽️Food: The hotel has Chinese, vegetarian and Western restaurants. 1️⃣Dinner was arranged at Baiweiyuan. The restaurant has a large space and specializes in Shunde cuisine. The products are very good. Hotel guests also have a 100 yuan meal voucher discount. 2️⃣After dinner, go to the leisure bar to sit for a while. The decoration of vinyl records and the wine storage room make the bar very romantic. The smoothie drink coupon given when checking in is just right for use. 3️⃣The hotel breakfast is also quite rich. I like these steaming stalls the most, including soup noodles, rice noodle rolls, porridge, steamed food, fried food, etc., which are beautiful.
After breakfast, stroll along the corridor. There are finely carved Shiwan sculptures all the way, with a strong Zen atmosphere, which can be called a classic handed down from generation to generation.
The biggest feeling of this stay is the generosity of the hotel owner. These high-end rosewood furniture and collection-level works are displayed to guests without reservation, and let the guests experience them in person, which is precious.
The hotel is only 2 hours away from Guangzhou by car. Next to it is Guo'en Temple, which has free admission, ancient cultural relics, Buddhist relics, and prayers for happiness. I will come here in the future to experience its Lingnan Zen, health preservation, and garden culture.
