The hotel staff are very friendly, unfortunately they don't understand much English. But the bathhouse on 3/F is very convenient and comfortable. There is a park for residents next to the hotel. Incredible service and an absolutely amazing hotel. The staff were amazingly attentive and helpful, provided transport for us to see the monkey park and get us back to town in time for our train back. The evening meal was absolutely incredible and such a lovely experience, and the Onsen was outstanding. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again with absolutely no hesitation.

It's an older property but very clean and well-maintained. All the staff are friendly and food was great. The onsen was the hottest one we had during this trip to the Nagano area (3 different hotels). Our room faces the river so if you open the window, you can hear the river and mini waterfall. We saw the most amazing sunset at the bridge right in front of the hotel. Hotel is also conveniently located within 15 minutes from the Snow Monkey park, which makes it easy for us to beat the tours by arriving early.

Um hotel bem charmoso e familiar em estilo japonês, com vista excelente
O atendimento é excelente e os funcionários muito simpáticos. Há possibilidade de transfer desde a estação e para o Parque dos Macacos da Neve de Jigokudani. Além disso, o hotel oferece uma boa lanchonete. O quarto em que ficamos era amplo, com colchões confortáveis e muito limpo. Se retornarmos à região, certamente nos hospedaríamos novamente.
