The first time I came to Yan'an, the holy place of the revolution, I felt a touch of coolness. The hotel is located near Yan'an Railway Station, the overall facilities are very good, parking is convenient. It is 3 kilometers away from the Pagoda Mountain Scenic Area and the bus is very convenient. There is a morning market nearby, and I tasted Yan'an's special breakfast potato dumplings and hemp soup rice, which is especially delicious. I will definitely come to Yan'an again if I have a chance in the future.

看着環境不錯，衞生也行，不過服務設施跟不上。給前台説開個空調好的，有熱水和吹風機的。結果開的房間這三個通通出了問題！真心懷疑前台是不是有意為之？業務比較忙，到房間沒有時間查看設施，等到忙完開空調，居然沒有反應，開熱水，放了十分鐘還是冷的。電話到前台，五分鐘後有服務員過來了，估計她從控制室開了空調電閘，因為空調剛通電她就敲門了，但是，空調剛啟動兩分鐘又沒電了，説給我配個小太陽，想想存在安全隱患，還是算了。服務員在衞生間弄了十分鐘，總算有熱水了～洗澡出來吹頭髮，剛吹了半分鐘，挺了，居然有過熱保護，無語！五分鐘後繼續吹～吹了四五次才吹乾。好吧，情況就是這樣！前台也沒有服務意識！
