客房分佈在古鎮的不同位置，設計上以宋朝建築風格為主，房間融入了大縱湖特色元素如蘆葦等，具有獨特的風格，衞生間乾濕分離，私密性很好，洗澡水温舒適，沖進大。窗外能夠欣賞到東晉水城的獨特風光。房間裏還送了歡迎水果呢。
入住和退房都是坐酒店的接駁車，隨叫隨到，服務也非常周到。工作人員小葉熱情友好，辦理入住和退房都非常高效。有任何需求都能及時得到滿足。酒店中餐廳主要提供精美淮揚菜、湘菜、鹽城本地湖鮮特色菜，口味都不錯。早餐品種多樣，用餐人很多，補菜速度也快。除了酒店，國慶期間景區內好多店鋪都開了，餐廳，小吃，非遺手工製作店等各種特色店鋪。
大縱湖景區從七子橋通過，也有很多演出。住這裏一天一夜行程安排的滿滿當當。雖然國慶節期間，房價比較高，但是綜合景區環境、酒店設施和服務等方面來看，還是具有一定的性價比的。

入住很方便，電瓶車直接送到門口，管家小王服務熱情專業及時。 房間比想象中大很多，雖然不是開元主樓但是硬件應有盡有。早餐自助種類不算少了，味道都不錯尤其是西點意外意外。 第一晚在酒店中餐廳吃的，口味不錯價格不貴環境賊好。 景區內很冷清，基本沒啥店開着。和大縱湖景區連着白天帶父母去走了一圈，慢慢走兩個小時感覺還不錯。

我們是上午十點就到了景區，酒店在景區內，沒有等到下午就辦理了入住，前台小姐姐服務很好，還送了一份伴手禮給小朋友，並且熱情的介紹了景區的遊玩攻略以及路線，酒店房間分部在景區的不同位置，有接駁車會送到房間，前台姐姐很貼心的給我們安排了靠近主樓和早餐樓的房間，距離主要遊玩的地方也不太遠，鬧中取靜。景區內到處是小橋流水，適合慢節奏欣賞，從早到晚還有各種表演，安排的滿滿當當，古城還連着大縱湖，環境優美，不過真的很大，逛一下午都走不完，有點費腳，哈哈。已經安利給好朋友們了，有機會可以二刷。

絕對超出預期的一次旅行，後悔下午到晚了。古城裡麪表演豐富，酒店房間乾淨，送了小禮物和零食，服務員見到都主動打招呼。小童樂園沒來得及體驗。

環境：建在景區裏面的酒店，整體的復古風，環境幽靜。
內部裝修還是豪華的。佈局/房型：有2張床，有淋浴和浴缸，這個配置還是不錯。整個酒店太大設施：有就餐區、桌球室、健身房、客休大廳，大廳有充電寶、自助茶水等。服務：我們在網上訂的房間，到了景區停好車以後在遊客中心辦的入住，前台小王很熱情的接待我們，問我們是第一次來，給我們拿了地圖在上面很清楚的標識當時所在位置，介紹酒店品牌，早餐地點跟時間，退房幫我們聯繫接駁車，給我發節目表演圖周邊：隔壁有個大縱湖景區、東晉水城晚上有燈光秀、水秀表演，晚會。交通：自駕車過來很方便，辦入住時把車牌號報給前台登記一下就可以免費停車啦退房都有接駁車接送。住在主樓，吃住行都很方便，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這家酒店都是你的理想選擇。這裏表揚一下小王的 當時我們房間裏還拉了小朋友的衣服，小王積極的打電話給我，幫我解決問題，非常的周到，最後用快遞的形式給我寄回來了，真的是太貼心了，讓我感覺到賓至如歸 房間裏還給我送了，歡迎水果，還有小朋友的洗漱用品非常的棒

酒店位於景區東晉水城裡，入住退房都有觀光車接送。景區風景優美，一步一景，小橋流水。酒店的房間建築，很有江南味道，就好像是另一個小江南，酒店服務也是很優質的，前台小陶接待很熱情周到，很快幫我辦理入住，加了會員免費停車。酒店衞生做的也是特別乾淨，房間設施齊全，房間很寬闊，同時熱水也比較大，水温正好，洗澡的時候比較舒適，除去一天的疲憊，早餐口味不錯！晚上景點的表演也很精彩，下次到鹽城旅遊還會選擇這裏，性價比很高。
