酒店住宿總體不錯，貴也是真的貴！五一入住人員太多，服務跟不上，而且要求12點必須退房，到時間了都趕着你走，關鍵入住還得到下午3點，這個規定還是很不人性的！

酒店的優點就是設施齊全，有自己的沙灘泳池，山體公園，小童樂園等等。不好的地方就是隔音差，走廊的腳步聲和説話聲很清楚，下午三點多服務員來敲門送水果，心意是好的，但吵到了我小孩睡午覺，為啥不能入住前就放進房間呢？另外就是電梯間太小了，還用回彈的門關着，拿着行李進出很不方便，我還碰到了門鎖着打不開，服務員來了都試了幾次才打開，另外電梯間沒空調，本來電梯就慢，等電梯的時候熱死了，這麼大的酒店真不應該有這樣的電梯佈置，真掉分。另外停車很不方便，沒有地下室，室外停車場離酒店一兩百米，真的心累。這酒店真不應該叫酒店，就是一個公寓。

1、高價格下，房間設施非常一般，衞生間，床，等等都很一般。
2、衞生差，床上真的有沙子，也就是酒店沒有一客一換。廁所衞生不堪入目。
3、服務意識差，前台連冰箱都不願意借（放個袋裝葯，要冷藏保管，房間的冰箱沒用）。真的住過幾百上千家酒店，你們是唯一能做出來這種事的。號稱五星級酒店，真的是對這稱號的侮辱。
4、沙灘很漂亮，沙子綿細。
綜上，玩沙子可以，吃海鮮可以，這酒店吧，就這些吧。我是不會再住了。

房間是雙拼房，但沒什麼設施可言，最差是早餐，比大排檔還要擠，裏面除了人，什麼都看不到了，感覺食物都滿是口水，衹吃了一個半湯粉就跑了。海灘是不錯，水清沙細。
