We had a one bedroom apartment which was perfect for our stay as family of three. We needed to extend our stay a few times. It's a big pro to have a kitchen with an oven and microwave! And the wasmachine came in very handy. There is a dryer down the hall. The location is not too far from the big shopping malls but there is a supermarket at walking distance. The roofpool is nice to cool down, but the surrounding area can use some renovation. We liked the breakfast with fresh fruit. We will come back here next time.

Good hotel. We were allowed to check out of the room 1 hour later (without additional charges). Good breakfast, buffet with European and local cuisine. Great view of Shwedagon. Swimming pool on the roof. Elevator. The room was comfortable and was offered at a good discount through ***********. We paid on the spot in cash.

Pros:
The hotel is located in a fairly good location, quiet and peaceful, a couple of km from Shvedanon. Good breakfasts, it’s great that there is a swimming pool and a relaxation area where you can spend time and dine a la carte. In addition, Shwedanon can be seen from the pool - it is very beautiful in the evening when it is illuminated and the sunsets are simply wonderful!
My room was on the 4th floor (I emphasize this!) 2-room suite (very good, I recommend) the cleaning was good, just four guys cleaned quickly and efficiently! 2 bottles of water are provided in the room daily. There is a minibar with drinks and snacks, as well as instant soups!
Now the downsides: there is nothing near the hotel!
The information on the website regarding the numbers is false, pay special attention if the view from the window is important to you! A building was built in front of the hotel and now there are basically no views from the window! There is a wall a couple of meters from the windows!!!! And this is up to the 4th floor and the rooms are standard, from the 4th floor there are upgraded rooms and they already have balconies (to dry your swimsuit) and some kind of view! Since the view from the window to the wall is not acceptable for my psyche 😆 I changed the room with an additional payment! To avoid this, keep this in mind! I contacted the hotel management, as I work in tourism and I think it is not right to mislead travelers and hotel guests, so perhaps changes will be made to the information describing the rooms! Overall, the hotel is good for Burma!

Stayed with them a few times for extended periods. On of my stays my leg bleeded from mosquito bite and they charged 50k for that. Cancelled all my bookings with this joke afterwards.

Staffs are very hospitable and the location was not bad hence there are some good restaurants and spa near the hotel. But the cleanness of room was not enough and a lot of mosques were in the room…
