Hot spring Hotels in Yangshuo

Hotel is in a strategic location - on a side street off West Street. Room was clean and hotel offers free flow of hot and cold beverages. What really stand out was the excellent service provided by the reception staff. Staff from both shifts tried their very best to help when I had connection problems with my handphone. They helped me to rent a bicycle; the male staff even went as far as to help me in getting a comfortable start for the 20 mile gallery cycling experience.

Thank you for the lessons of the previous ctrip members, only to find this treasure hotel @yangshuo ～ Now is the time for me to give back! I am not good at writing, please be considerate! We are a sophomore and a small stay, the room and bed size are OK, very comfortable! All toiletries are available! There is bath salt! Front desk service and breakfast buffet service are also very thoughtful! Convenient location for self-driving and play! Look at the old hotel's business methods are generous, the price is very fair, and the service is better than the big hotels or those park groups! There is free apple and sand candy orange supply, free travel photography (Sky Mirror @ Yulong River), the photographer is very respectful, and free bicycles (bikes) are provided. Saturday night there is a free BBQ barbecue party, very special! In addition, I found that the food cooked in the restaurant is also delicious, and there is no need to forage everywhere! The room, the service and the location is all excellent!!! Even the breakfast is delicious! And the daily afternoon tea at the roof top is a must try!! The view is amazing. From the time we check in, the lady help us carry our suitcase to our room, told us about our room and even told us to go upstairs to have afternoon tea despite not 2pm yet. They also help me book the trip up the xianggong mountain for sunrise because I don't have local number. People here are very friendly and go the extra miles, even help me with my package that was being delivered to this hotel from another hotel. Location wise - less than 10 mins walk to West Street where you can find lots of things to eat and buy. View - excellent! We have the balcony so it was great to watch sunrise and sunset. Remember to go up to the roof top, it worth it!! I wish we have better weather, as both nights when we were there, it was heavy fog so could not see the sunrise/sunset colors that I wanted. Breakfast - Amazing!! Very delicious and fulfilling. We are vegetarian, so we asked them not to put meat and didn't want the soup. It is also a buffet styles too, so you can pick whatever you like to eat.. good healthy selection. Overall, enjoyed the stay here and would definitely want to come back when we have better weather.

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally nice and helpful. The location is close enough to Yangshuo but also in a nice and quite area. It take around 20-30 minutes by foot to West Street but you can also use the free rental bikes, the free shuttle or take a taxi. The pool is very nice and clean, very suitable for swimming. The breakfast buffet was also really good with a nice variety. We enjoyed the view from the roof terrace every morning. The rooms are very spacious and clean with a nice and big bathroom as well. Everything was very well maintained and clean. There were a lot of other foreign tourists and the staff all spoke English.

Enjoyed our stay with excellent customer service. Helped us to arrange 2 days of tours. We really had a great time taking a cruise to Yangli. The outing at Ruyi Peak is such a memorable experience. Best part is the electric bike adventure. Our driver is very entertaining.Breakfast at outdoor is awesome with scenic n captivating view of mountains. Xiao Wei, Xiao Lu n other front desk staff are very helpful n attended to every queries We loved the dessert served to the room every night. The room is very spacious and clean. Shuttle service to West Street n nearby eateries is a plus. Not forgetting the free photo shooting by Foxlook. They did a winderful job in the last minute request before check out. Photo turns out very nice. Overall, we love Yangshuo n staying at this hotel is the best experience away from city. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Very close to west street and the hospital to do the covid test. Friendly staff that although doesn’t speak English we could communicate through wechat. The hotel has scooters 🏍 you can rent for 30 ¥ the day and that are so helpful to move around in Yangshuo!. The hotel helped me book tickets for different attractions, and they had a little discount. I want to thank the hotel for helping me go to the hospital and get a paper copy of my covid result when I had already left the city and couldn’t take my train to come back to Beijing . Thank you so much 💕💕💕.

This hotel was worth every coin ! I booked the panoramic room and it was just as the picture ! The bathtub was relaxing and the bed was soft ! The service was amazing ! San-San the hostess was my favorite ! She made sure I was comfortable and squared away from the moment I walked into the hotel ! I will def. Be back again ! If you are looking for peace and serenity please book this hotel !
