We got stuck far away the hotel due to heavy rainfall and they quickly send us the hotel staff to pick us up for free. Amazing all i can say. They also give free photography at scenic areas around the hotel. The photographer was very nice young lady which will never forget “Her name Cici”. Kayson, Icey, Meyling, amazing staffs of the hotel. I feel like i have found great friends while staying at this comfortable hotel. I will return for sure. They also gave us a gift on check out. 100% recommend this hotel for family and friends. I am specially grateful for the extra care we received from the manager (yè zi (Leaf)), her professional behavior made everything so comfortable and pleasant."
