Hotels near Yitian West Street, Yangshuo

Location It's 'in' West Street rather than 'on' West Street. Surrounding the hotel is the Pedestrian shopping area. It is filled with street vendors and evening activities. Despite this the noise level in the hotel room is fine. You cannot hear anything from outside even during the evenings. Great location. Room The room itself (we were in the Cinema projector room) is large enough but it did lack a fridge. We were only there for 2 nights but any longer and this may be an issue. The room is clean. Daily housekeeping provides bed tidying, trash emptying, and new towels each night. One issue thing is that housekeeping turned off the AC and unplugged my charging plugs (to be fair, nothing at the time was actually being charged) but I do like coming back to a super cold room after a hot day so I didn't like the AC being turned off. If you are deciding on the Cinema room, be wary. It is a good movie-watching experience and there are lots of Chinese and Western films. But, it has to be in low light. You must close the curtains..... but the curtains still let in light through the bottom. You will also have to turn off the lights and this is another problem. Normally one light switch controls one light. But this hotel has smart switches where one switch can control several lights and there was no combination that we found can allow the room to be dark enough for the screen but allow some light so you are not sitting in total darkness. This meant we turned off all room lights and turned on the lights in the bathroom. The bathroom is large but a few issues here too. The toilet is not a smart bidet toilet. Just a normal one. No big issue.The shower is a bigger issue. There are two showerheads, a tall one high on the roof and a handheld one, pretty normal. But the handheld one is tiny, and as a guy who prefers the handheld one, it takes forever to use it thoroughly enough. Another issue with the bathroom is the fact that if you sit in the room you can look inside the bathroom and see whomever is showering. The glass is frosted so its not clear and as I was with my wife, its not an issue for us. But if you have a twin room then maybe its an issue if you don't want someone to see you showering. But the bathroom has a heated towel rack and large heated mirror and good shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided The bedroom floor is an issue. I weigh 75kg and in places on the floor you step it feels as if the floor is flexing under you. Then I saw that part of the seam of the wood looked like its coming up and if you were not wearing slippers then maybe you could cut yourself One last issue with the room is the level it is on. As mentioned before the hotel is on the street. So if you keep your curtains open, anyone on the street can very easily see into your room. It lacks privacy. Breakfast: I must say this was disappointing. You have mini-croissants and plain sliced bread for toast. You have rice, noodles, mini chicken sausages and eggs. There's a noodle station also so you can get some cooked to your desire. But it just seemed lacking in options. Service: Very warm and friendly and patient staff. You can ask questions (in English) via WeChat and they often reminded me about times for breakfast and if I was okay so far. Common Areas: The hotel is very modern. Lots of places to sit and every surface is designed well with interesting and modern materials and furnishings. Extras: Laundry room is good. 4 modern washer/dryers. sinks to do hand washing and an excellent steamer to iron clothes The hotel has a spa but we never used Overall: The only other hotels that may be better than this were much more expensive and in a worse location. So with BO Hotel, you get a very pretty hotel with a modern look, a large room with nice features (cinema screen), great service from staff and all for a low price and in an amazing location. Yangshuo then for 3-4 days or less I would return. Any longer and I would want a fridge and a gym

This hotel exceeded our expectations and at a very reasonable price. The hotel is conveniently located directly over the central square of West Street. The view of the square is through windows that covered one full wall of the space. The room was the Cabin Suite, with two spacious rooms: a bedroom an a sitting area. The bathroom was very well laid out as well, with a separate shower stall (not always the case in China), and enough space for two adults to occupy the room at the same time. The price is surprisingly fair given the location, room quality and overall pleasantly decorated establishment. Each day an afternoon snack of fruit and tomatoes was delivered to the room. We would stay here again without hesitation. The hotel also has a rooftop lounge with an excellent view of downtown Yangzhou square . In addition there is a swimming pool on the roof with a fully functioning pool. One more note: there is an elevator. Two photos are attached: one of the cabin suite, the other is the view of the square from the rooftop viewing area.

In my opinion, everything is perfect. At the hotel you will be met by an attentive and kind reception worker who speaks english. They will tell you everything and answer your questions about the hotel and the sights in the area. The hotel is located not far away, within walking distance from the busy and noisy west street, but at the same time it is very quiet and calm near the hotel itself, which is important for a good sleep. The breakfast at the hotel is good and delicious. Also in the afternoon, the hotel offers to enjoy a drink with fruits and cakes on the roof with a charming view. It is possible to rent a bike right in front of the hotel to explore the area. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Room is ok, not exceptional. I can’t understand where all the high ratings came from. Location is far from west street. Definitively not within walking distance. Cleanliness can be improved. Facilities are run down and not maintained. Staff used bare hands (no gloves and hands not sanitised) to handle and cook rice noodles for guests in morning, unhygienic and not following basic food handling procedures. Not once but over 2 mornings and with different staff on different occasions. Lift waiting public area on 8th floor was not lit at night. Do NOT buy Guilin Romance Park tickets through hotel. We made the mistake of buying the tickets from hotel. We were told by hotel front desk staff that the tickets were VIP seats in the middle, but in fact they were not and seats were to the side. What’s more, only after we bought the tickets from hotel were we told to collect them from a cafe (frequented by many touts) and not at the park entrance as legitimate tickets should be.

漓岸璞闲review I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Upon arrival, I was check-in by front staff members Maya, Cathy and Lacey, in a warm and efficient manner. Maya continued to patiently explained the features of the hotel, and various options for exploring Yangshuo. She then led me to my room and showed me its facilities. The room was clean and equipped with all amenities for comfort. Every utilitiy and amenity functioned well, and the balcony had a superb view of the river and distant hills. The hotel is situated along a small road next to the river, so I could hear street noises in the daytime, but the street was quiet with minimal activities in the evening. Close to the hotel were many restaurants offering affordable food, and convenient stores. The touristy West Street 西街，was just 5 minutes’ walk away. What I liked most about this hotel was the viewing gallery and restaurant (also cafe and bar) at the rooftop, where I viewed a magnificent sunrise, and had dinner while gazing at the picturesque scenary. The food was good. I will stay in this hotel again should I re-visit Yangshuo.

This was our second time staying at the Four Seasons Yunqi Resort in Yangshuo and it did not disappoint. We were in Yangshuo for Chinese language training nearby at Omeida and it was a perfect place to stay. The service was exceptional. The staff were kind and helpful. Our room was beautifully appointed and so comfortable with views of the karst mountains and lily pond streams. The breakfast provided the right amount of choices and the afternoon tea was a nice treat. We had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed every bite. One of our favorite things is the bedtime soup. It helps us sleep after a day of study and site seeing. When staying in Yangshuo, the Four Seasons Yunque Resort is our first choice.

As soon as I entered the room and checked in, I met the beautiful lady Xiao Zhang who warmly welcomed me and took my luggage throughout the whole process, even my carry-on bag. Because I was with my baby, I was upgraded to a new room. I always forget and lose things. When the hotel staff found them, they could identify them and send them to the front desk on my floor. The service here is impeccable. On the way to the room, I walked around the swimming pool. The water was very clear and transparent. The lobby was also very Instagram-friendly. There were coffee and monk fruit honey tea to drink. There was also an oversized building block table. Entering the room was even more brand new. Xiaodu is fully intelligent. You can control the music, lights, TV and curtains by voice. The TV is quite large and the picture quality of Hisense is very good. The bathroom is really big. There is a mini bar in the room for free drinks. There is a floor-standing clothes drying rod on the balcony. It is convenient to take care of the baby. My baby has to wash twice a day. The bath towels and towels feel very good. There are six bottles of mineral water and a bunch of drinks in every corner. They were afraid that I would be thirsty. The buffet breakfast includes corn, sweet potato, egg, rice noodle cake, croissant, toast, porridge, vegetables, fried noodles, juice, milk, steamed dumplings. From the balcony, you can see the mountain view and Yulong River, and you can see the bamboo rafts coming and going. The mountain lights up at night. I thought I booked a remote place, but it was actually very lively nearby. The funniest thing is that when I went out to play by car and electric motorcycle, I found that many of the homestays I had chosen were really different from the publicity. Many of the names sound nice, but there are noisy small roads at the door and the mountains are close behind. There is a large and bright lawn in front of Yuyuan. There are also performances by the river. If you don't want to watch, you can sit and enjoy the river view. I think the other scenery and performances are the same as the Ctrip promotional pictures. There is nothing much to say. If you want to face the swimming pool, choose Building 1, if you want to see the ink-and-wash mountain view, choose Building 34, and if you want to see the sunrise, choose Building 3.

This hotel is perfect if you are an influencer because in this hotel everything looks so beautiful. The thing I was most impressed with was one of the drinks （within the afternoon tea service） they provide for free if stay in here. It is called the “after-raining” Yulong River. This drink has three layers which are tea, coffee, and cheezy cream. The way it mixes altogether seems exactly like the river. Beautiful and I loved it. The staff (her name is yuanyuan /xiao wei) was quite helpful. Arranged the baby's crib, and a wall thing under the mattress to prevent the baby fall off from bed as I asked. The hotel has a nice playground which my son loved. As I foreigner though there is not much staff fluent in English so if you cannot speak in Chinese, there are some times you might feel inconvenienced though. They provide us with free transportation service. So I used it to go to one of the sightseeing spots. The driver said he would pick me up at the same spot I got off but a different driver came so it took me a while to find the driver because the car was different. Therefore if you are not good at communicating in Chinese. Sometimes it is a hassle I would say. Also, the baby crib was a bit too small for my 90cm son. It was just the size they had.

A Blissful Retreat in the Heart of Nature's Splendor Our recent stay at Julong Town Resort Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped into the lobby to the time we reluctantly checked out, every aspect of our experience was impeccable. The room we stayed in was a delightful surprise - spacious, impeccably modern, and exuding an ambiance of relaxation. The king-size bed was a dream to sink into after a long day of exploration, offering the perfect blend of support and comfort. But perhaps the highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view that greeted us every morning. The expansive countryside stretched out before us, with majestic mountains looming in the distance. It was a scene straight out of a postcard, and one we won't soon forget. The afternoon tea provided by the hotel was nothing short of exquisite. Overall, our stay at Julong Town Resort Hotel was an absolute delight, and we are already planning our return. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of modern luxury, look no further. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is 15 minutes car ride from the Main Street, but it is not difficult to order a taxi so this was not a problem for us. We were celebrating my birthday and were given a room upgrade with a wonderful view with a bed that can rotate and face the view, and a big bath tub that also faces the view. The view in the lobby is also breathtaking. The room is super spacious, there was lots of fruit provided, and also a tea set. Given the price of the room, I was disappointed with the shower amenities and the packaging was not very representable. There is also no coffee machine in the room. Service was amazing and the front desk added me to a WeChat group and they would respond instantly. They delivered sweet soup every evening, and also a birthday cake and gifts (Guilin snacks) before we left.
