服務與之前比有些退步，客服中心不能第一時間作出響應，要重複叫；房間環境衞生都不錯，就是由於原來的路在建工程，走遠不少；途中經過一個90度的窄彎，比較發生撞車以及經過工地時的揚塵噴霧，會噴到車。

房間設備老舊，床單浴巾都潮的，私湯旁邊有老鼠跑來跑去，公共温泉開放時間太短且變更，不會再去了，checkin後就過敏了，眼睛鼻子都腫了，整晚沒睡，撐到買葯吃。好慘的經驗。

室內温泉衹供應一池水有點美中不足，如果能改為早晚各供應一池水的話就好很多。畢竟大幾百塊錢入住，酒店設施各方面都很一般，都是為了温泉來的。
