This place is absolutely amazing I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Fethiye. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The staff are one of the best things about the place. The guest relations manager Yigit was so kind and charismatic and very helpful. And Bedo the activity guy was so friendly and engaging. The bar staff are so lovely and hard working. So welcoming and love to engage you in things to do such as activities, spa and food. The hotel is clean and the rooms are lovely. I was worried about the food as I can be fussy but there is a wide range of foods to choose from as well as a snack bar that is open from 12-5. I had so much fun relaxing at the pool and tanning as well as a short 3 minute walk to the beach with a lovely nature trail. The beach is stunning with lots of sun beds and towels are available to you. I highly recommend this is the best place and hotel I have travelled to yet! There are shops located within the hotel so no need to travel far for the things that you need. Enjoy!

Отель очень понравился! Отдыхаем здесь в данный период времени. В этом году отель получил 5. Питание хорошее, большой выбор. Территория чистая, 3 бассейна. Спасибо огромное менеджеру Сефи помог решить все вопросы. По поводу WiFi уточняйте у тур оператора, у кого-то он входит в тур, у кого-то нет- стоимость 3 евро день, за неделю 15.

Şuan lobide oturuyor ve transferimi beklerken, buraya gelmek isteyen ve konaklamak isteyen misafirlere bir çağrıda bulunmak istiyorum. Paranız sizin için kıymetliyse buraya GELMEYİN! 4. Yıldızı bile hak etmiyor - sağlık bakanlığına şikayetde bulunacağım ve bu otel sahibi için tek dileğim bizlerin heran gibi bir hastalık/mikrop kapmaması. Lobide beklediğim kısa bir sürede diyebileceğim tek şey: her 10-15 dakikada bir ya biri resepsiyonu arayıp şikayetde bulunuyor (şanslı misafirlerden telefonları oluyor) veya bizzat defalarca buraya gelip şikayetlerini dile getiriyorlar. Animasiyon ekibi ve elemanların bazıları bu durumu nekadar kurtarmaya çalışsada CVlerinde iyi bir işletmede çalışmadıkları acı bir gerçek. Kimseyi ekmeğinden etme niyetinde değilim ama bu müessesenin ekmek veya ticaretden veyahut işletmeden bihaber olduğundan, etmemde bir sıkıntı olmadığını düşünüyorum!

Çok memnun kaldık. Görevliler hep güler yüzlü ve anlayislıydılar. Odalar tamamen temiz. Yemeklerde bol ve çeşitliydi. Şu kaydıraklar yeterli. Ailemizle 4 gün harika bir zaman geçirdik. Denizi çok güzel değildi. Zaten denizlede pek işiniz olmuyor.

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. People avoid it please, spend your money elsewhere theres much nicer hotels. This one is also out the way and you have to get taxis everywhere, it's diabolical. It's dirty it stink, everything leaks, there's probably 2 people In the whole hotel that speak a little English, bar staff are nice and friendly but everyone else had a crap attitude. Especially towards the english, Rooms are old and dated some worse than others. The food is disgusting it's the same slop every day, there was never a themed night. and we aren't fussy eaters but it really was inedible. The entertainment is rubbish the drinks are gross, the toilets are so far away from the pool as well. Pool area is so slippery. I read the reviews and seen the bad ones but ignored them, I wished I'd of listened to them, I'm finding it extremely difficult to understand how any one could write a good review for this place. It's a Turkish pontins. And far from a 4 or 5 star hotel and isn't ultra all inclusive. There is a beach to the hotel it's gross rubbish scattered across the beach and murky water, We paid £1400 on a late deal, it's not even worth that, we met people that had paid £4000 for a week and please please please believe me it's not worth it you'd be so upset. Someone In another review said to take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt! Don't! Every bad review you read is the truth!

отличный отель. Все было хорошо. Уборка конечно на 3ку. Но в целом все понравилось. Персонал приветливый, напитки на любой вкус, еда очень вкусная. Красивая дорожка на пляж. Очень много красивых мест где можно сделать фото. Семейный отель. Шикарный пляж!)

Отдыхала в сентябре 2024. Номер дали просторный, неплохой. Душ, туалет исправны. А вот белье постельное и полотенца оставляют желать лучшего: сероватого цвета, пятна, нет ощущения свежести. Номер убирали каждый день, а вот душевую кабину не помыли ни разу за неделю пребывания. Не очень хорошо убирается территория, возможно не успевают, а возможно отдыхающие сорят быстрее. С питанием тут все в порядке, кормят хорошо, вкусно. Очень приближенно к русской кухне, это понравилось. Территория большая, есть где прогуляться. Свои шезлонги и полотенца, тоже плюс. Зона покрытия вайфай по всей территории, включая пляж, это прекрасно.

Отель очень понравился) Приветливый персонал, отзывчивый. В случае какого то форс мажора сразу решают проблему. Еда, коктейли вкусные ,сделанные с Турецкой любовью 🫶🏻 Анимационная программа интересная,есть мини дискотеки для деток это очень радует Guest relations manager помогал нам общаться

Had a great time, staff are amazing, the gardens are beautiful, there is so much to do here Always making sure you’re happy, the guest relations manager is always happy to chat, hotel was clean and tidy, beds are comfortable, the food is lovely. I would definitely come again.
