在開發區，房價便宜，略有點遠，不過在去煙台市區景點和蓬萊閣的中間，又是包車，這點遠也就不算什麼了。新酒店，環境不錯，很安靜，國慶1-2號400不到的房價很實惠。洗澡水大，吹風功率大，對長髮人友好。
