1，掌櫃是個很年輕的小哥，一般情況下人不在，但是每天早晚會回來巡查。
2，房間內是4人間，有一個主卧改的內套廁所🚾，其他房間共用一個廁所🚾，房間內都有掛衣服的桿子，衣架都有。洗手池在廁所裏，所以洗漱需要錯峯排隊，尤其早上，如果時間擠在一起需要排很久。晚上可以錯峯洗澡🚿。
3，有洗衣機吹風機，房間內大廳有晾衣架，可以曬衣服！還有桌子，沙發，公區座位挺多的。有一次性的被套，床單，毛巾。很方便。不提供衞生紙。【樓下就是便利店，隔壁街就是小吃街，很方便。】
4，WiFi網很好，網速挺快！【好多青旅的網是個擺設】
5，在次頂層，房間內有2麪窗户光線很好，打開窗户可以看到海！視野很好。起風的時候，風也挺大！
6，房間內不套廁所的房，很安靜，遇到不早起，動作輕的室友，可以一直睡到自然醒，在這裏兩個晚上都睡到9點左右起來的，很舒服。
7，推薦入住。

我很少評價酒店，尤其是青旅。煙台陽光100青旅我住過很多個。這個是我最滿意的。1.整潔乾淨。2.床單等床上用品是一次性的，對於有點潔癖的我來説，非常友好。3.提供一次性牙刷和一次性浴巾還有沐浴露和洗髮露，太棒了，我以前住過的青旅從來沒有提供過。4.窗外的海景很美。5.枕頭很舒服6.每個床位帶簾子7.自助式，非常利於I人

房間很好，獨立衞浴，有純凈水，有洗衣機，每天都有打掃衞生，也提供一次性床單被套枕巾和牙刷，周邊吃的超多，公交站在樓下，去哪兒都方便，非常推薦推薦。房間角度也很棒，能直接看到芝罘灣。下次再來～

環境很差退房時間是12點，還在睡覺的時候阿姨從八點多就不斷地想進來，明明是女生青旅門口還有男的想住進來跟阿姨攀談了很久，沖進來怎麼辦，不鎖門怎麼敢睡覺啊衞生間很陰暗老舊挺噁心的睡醒以後臉和脖子過敏了起了紅疙瘩，感覺被套枕套換沒用，裏面的芯應該很臟...#服務態度是很好的，但是...兩百一晚的價格住這裏真的好嗎....
