這個酒店王磊磊管家服務態度很好，酒店非常地貼心，非常的精神熱情，正好來的時候趕上了下大雨，還給送了雨衣，晚上給孩子送了熱牛奶，這次選擇給我的旅途增加了不少樂趣，下次還是會選擇龍湖酒店。

房間乾淨整潔，前台磊磊服務熱情周到，二樓餐廳的早餐也非常好吃，餐廳服務員孔姐及收銀員“”眼鏡”小妹的愛心服務使我們感受到雖然出京但沒離家的感受。14層客房服務的幾位大姐也是盡力使客房的佈置和衞生讓我們享受回家般的温馨。酒店樓下非常熱鬧，吃的玩的都很多，北邊就有個公園，適合溜達散步，離養馬島也很近，總之非常好的入住體驗！

房間挺乾淨的，裝修肯定是過時啦，沒有一點煙味，老裝修這樣很不錯了，離養馬島很近，不想住島的，是個很好的選擇。
