老闆夫婦待人温和又不失熱情，不大的老院子體現了傳統民居風格。雖然院壩裏稍欠整潔，卻富有生活氣息。為我們免費升級的大房間，民國風裝飾兼有歐式傢俱，也還別有特色。地理位置特別好，走一兩分鐘就到海邊，步行幾分鐘到十幾分鍾就可到張裕葡萄酒文化博物館、朝陽街、煙台山和所城裡等處。

房間乾淨衞生，也很安靜，特別有家的感覺。房主人也很好，我跑完馬拉松渾身疼痛，退房晚了一個小時，感謝房主的耐心等待，下次來煙台還會再來住。

衹能説真的太好，不止是這趟國慶假期的青島威海煙台之行，也是近幾年住過最滿意的民宿了，我們一家三口加兩個長者，先訂了家庭套房，臨近前一天才預計可能兒子不滿意，在有房的情況下店家給置換了更為合理寬敞的兩套，還第一時間推薦旅遊線路和飯館，我們因為自駕，孩爸停車要求高，也是很方便能停在門前，我們還提出幫買要求，店家也給滿足了，哈哈哈哈，前面説的都是服務了，最大優勢還沒説，位置真的太絕，鬧中取靜，百年洋樓改造，建築有積澱，裝修舒適有品位，本人拍照水平不佳，靜待各位上美照，真一處一景

民宿獨具特色，房間明亮寬敞，室內裝修及擺設透着精緻的民國，酒店位置在市中心，去煙台山、朝陽街等景點都能步行到達，遺憾的是衞生間時而散發擾人的味道，在服務上還有許多期待改進的地方
