位置環境相當好，房間也不像普通的商旅酒店那麼死板，很看好這個大陽台，金秋10月陽光正好，出差這麼久，非常愉快的一次下榻。再次感謝房東和管家提供的優質服務，下次見！

超喜歡這家民宿，從一進門就被他的大飄窗所吸引，每一處都透露出房子主人的用心和品味，唯一遺憾的就是天氣有些不好，趕上下雨，本以為沒法玩，兒子提議説，媽媽我們坐到飄窗上賞賞這仙境的雨😝沒想到傍晚天氣好了起來竟然出現了晚霞，不得不説蓬萊真是個神奇小城市，還有民宿的小管家是個很可愛的小姑娘，辦事很給力，一口一個姐姐叫的我心裏那叫一個開心

晚上到的很晚，老闆娘擔心不好停車，給我們免費升級了帶車位的超級海景房，入駐詳情還有視頻細節做的非常到位，太感動了，比回到家還要温暖，必須表一表這家店，服務和衞生也妥妥放心！

第一次在攜程上面定民宿，也是第一次來蓬萊，很幸運訂到的這個民宿，不枉費我選擇了這麼久，家人都很喜歡，高層湖景，房間很安靜，佈置很温馨，小區裏面很好，位置也很好找，下次來繼續選擇這家

真正的海景房，離海邊很近，出門遊玩很方便，距離蓬萊閣和八仙渡景區也很近。屋子很乾凈，一張大床和一張沙發床，一家人都能住得開

來山東祭祖遊玩，我們剛到蓬萊的時候還下着雨，等天晴了又是不一樣的景象😊😊北緯37度海宿701房絕對是性價比最高的宿處之一。清晨的日出在大窗台上能一覽無餘，要在能查詢到的日出時間半個小時前等待，在陽台上能吹着微風看紅霞海日。晚上看月亮和🌟🌟還能在在陽台上用炭爐燒烤、哈🍺。老闆娘人特別好，還給我們推薦了老館子，我們一行四個人住得很舒心，給我們多拿了幾條毛巾，如果把沙發床拉開其實能住六個人，一家老小出行非常合適。東臨碣石，以觀滄海，山東是個充滿靈氣的地方，以後我還會在看着霞光回味大美山東，條條浪花，濤聲陣陣

這民宿本來就是抱着很期待的，但是呢，我其實最想説的是進去門口堆着架子，然後衞生打掃的小建議房東親自去看下，山東旅遊不差人，愛來不來的勁頭就歇歇吧，以後不流行這個了。但是民宿更靠的口碑。再就是人情，好客山東人熱情歡迎你，其實已經定好了換住的酒店，離這家也就差了一條街，退房時間正好趕上下大雨，我還拍了視頻跟房東説，稍微等下我就走，東西收拾好了的，下雨我帶孩子拉着行李箱沒法走，結果沒被批准，説在門外等了好久，但是呢11點50，12點退房標準還差十分鐘，你從幾點開始門口等我的呢，你7點等我，我早晨就得退房呢？説讓我拿傘走，下份住的客人來了，咱理解哈，12點直接退房，下樓樓大廳裏等着也就30分鐘雨停了，拉行李箱走人。民宿做的是賺錢。不用人情，全五分哪裡來的不知道，洗浴間嘎嘎水就冒出來漫了衞生間。衞生我就不具體形容了。想住的自己親自去看，白色沙發的窗台那裡全是臟。燒水台那裡自己去看下，就這樣。這次也確實讓臟了吧唧的民宿給整出來心裏陰影了。價格先不説，旺季啥價格一搜就出來。咱沒潔癖，普通乾淨都做不到。下水道飛上來的小黑蟲，真無語啊。原來五分評分淡季是延遲退房賺的，我都沒説延遲退房，旺季賺錢最大，下大雨呢，帶着孩子拖着行李箱，在樓下電梯間等着雨停。以後還是定酒店吧，最起碼有大堂沙發坐等雨停。可真謝謝啦
