Quite interesting and unusual hotel! There are rooms with arcade game machine! The personnel is professional and friendly. Very interesting interior design! The distance to the nearest attractions might be not walkable but easy to reach by taxi. Not far from railway station and next to a bus station. Highly recommend!

It's an honor to stay at this hotel on New Year's Eve. There was a late night snack when I checked in at night. The breakfast in the morning was particularly rich, and the attitude of the waiters and aunties was very good! deep impression! Apart from this, I will come again next time. Really like this hotel.

The whole family traveled to Yantai and chose a local chain hotel. It was unexpectedly good and felt like home. The hotel front desk lady was very nice. She sent us mineral water every day before we went out, and it was still warm. Every time we asked the front desk to send something, it was delivered to the room very quickly. The luggage we stored was also delivered to the room. Every day, fruits such as cherries and blueberries were also delivered. When we left, they also provided a drop-off service. I felt the enthusiasm of the people of Yantai. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend this hotel to other friends who come to Yantai! Full score

Pullman hotel is always a great choice when staying in Yantai. It's got a great location next to the Wanda Plaza which has good shopping and restaurants, as well as across the street from this very ancient style looking area which also has good shopping, restaurants, and some bars. Rooms are very clean and our view of the ocean was great. The staff is very polite and helpful from when i checked in to when I checked out, only person's name I remember was Alice Sun. There is also a really cool robot that can bring your food deliveries up to your room if you ask. The only recommendation I would have is it would be really great if there was a more direct pathway to the Wanda Plaza. Currently, you have to walk out the front of hotel and walk around the entire corner to get to the Wanda Plaza. Not a big deal at all but it would be great if there was a pathway or steps from when you exit the hotel, go directly to your left into the parking lot and can walk right down to the Wanda Financial Center over to the Wanda Plaza. Saves you an extra few minutes. :)

I brought my child to Yantai to play, and booked the elegant city view king-size bed room of this hotel. It was already evening when I checked in at the hotel. Xiao Ni, a very handsome young man at the front desk, helped me check in very politely. Seeing that I was staying with my child, I upgraded to a sea view parent-child room. The parent-child room has a double bed and a single bed, which made us sleep more comfortably. There is also a bathtub, and the scenery outside the window is also very beautiful. At that time, I came here because there was a swimming pool and a parking lot. I originally planned to stay for one night, and then check out early in the morning to go out and play. The child liked the environment here very much. Xiao Ni helped to delay the check-out. Thank you very much, very satisfied, and must praise it. There are also snacks in the room, and souvenirs were given when I checked out. The aunt at the swimming pool is also very nice, repeatedly asking whether I need to bring a bath towel for the child. It is a very nice hotel.

My experience at the hotel was mostly positive. The staff was helpful and patient. The location of the hotel nearby the train station is very convenient. On the other hand, some guests around my room were very noisy and seemed to lack any understanding of how to behave in a hotel, going in between different rooms and chatting out loud in the hall in front the door of other guests. While this is not an issue concerning to the staff or the hotel directly, it would be a good idea to send some person from time to time to check that the atmosphere is quiet for everyone to have a good rest in every floor.

I booked a family room with my parents for one day. After checking in, I was very satisfied and immediately extended my stay for another day. The room facilities and services are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed with my parents in the past ten days, regardless of the guest rooms and meals. There was welcome fruit on the day of check-in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner on the next day were all eaten in the hotel restaurant. The housekeeping staff did not knock on the door to ask if we wanted to clean the room. They only asked after we left the room. In the afternoon, the hotel room The manager and housekeeper Li Jingyuhua also brought snacks, drinks and souvenirs to politely ask about our stay experience and suggestions. After learning that the two elderly people had just returned from sightseeing, they carefully waited outside the door when we were out. A foot bath bucket and foot bath bag are placed. If we hadn't made arrangements in advance to go to the next stop, we would have extended our stay. The two elderly people and I are very satisfied with this hotel. It is a four-star hotel with five-star service👍. I would like to thank Sister Yan of the restaurant again for her attentive service and introduction to the two elderly people.

I must praise this hotel. It was a temporary change the night before coming. It was so smart! The hotel is full of details. On the first day, I saw the hypoglycemic medicines I had placed, prepared roses, bitter melons, etc., and apple water. The pillows in the hotel were too high on the first night, so I just put them aside without thinking about them. I got up and looked for the waiter~ The next day the housekeeper found that he had replaced me with a small latex pillow, which was very warm! It brings me a sense of security when I go out alone.
