I stayed here on both my departure and arrival flights to Yantai. The hotel is just amazing and you can get a room on the highest floor with a great view to the city. It’s also very close to so many attractions here such as the golden beach and Tian square. I just went for a stroll and walked everywhere on foot. The gym has also a gym and nice coffee shop and bar. U can also have a nice breakfast in the morning. All in all, my experience here was great and I definitely recommend it for any future guests. Oh and there’s also a flower shop u can visit. They also helped me with drying my clothes which I left here for 6 days and picked them up on my way back. They were folded nicely. The service is absolutely fantastic.

Besides the standards that one would expect from a 5 star hotel , what makes the Pullman Yantai stand out is the friendliness and attentiveness of their staff from housekeeping, the restaurants team on the 27th and 28th floors and the concierge team. A special mention is to be made of Griffith in the concierge team who was very helpful to us during our stay. We especially enjoyed the fish at the Yue Chinese Restaurant and the fresh bread made in house for breakfast. Their cookies which can be purchased on the 1st Floor are especially good so much that we bought another container to take away with us to eat on our way home. We highly recommend staying here and will come back again.

In the Chinese dining area, we had the famous Yantai stewed rice and Chaoshan braised pork ribs. The coffee machine makes pretty good kabobs and lattes, and you can also make Italian espresso - you can adjust the amount of beans and milk foam by yourself. I saw a seafood buffet introduced in the lobby bar. If I come to Yantai again, I will still choose this World Trade Hilton.

In the evening, if you have time, you can walk along the magnificent embankment. The room is excellent. The best value for money. Breakfasts are a little worse than in other hotels of this chain. Since I did not have the application, the reception staff ordered me an online taxi to the airport instantly at my request from their application. This is a fantastic new hotel perfect for working or relaxing . The lobby has a nice seating area with tables and free coffee and tea. The guest rooms are on higher floors so there is a long elevator ride and sometimes a wait but the views would be great in nice weather. My room was a sea view but the weather didn’t cooperate. There is a small refrigerator and microwave and kettle in the room with a super comfortable bed and a small sofa. The breakfast had a lot of nice western and Chinese options with a chef preparing noodles and eggs. The staff was friendly and spoke English and there was English news on the tv. The only minus is there are not a lot of shops and restaurants immediately nearby. There is a small supermarket in the same building but that’s about it for a block or so. There are convenient bus stops right outside the hotel so getting around is easy or a quick taxi or car ride to anything you need at the shopping malls. You could walk if the weathers is nice. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay again next time.
