We stayed at the hotel through a travel agency. Upon arrival at the hotel and getting off the bus, the staff welcomed us and immediately took our suitcases onto a trolley. A gentleman led us to the reception, where we received the keys to our rooms, and then he escorted us, along with our luggage, to our rooms. After reaching the room, he began asking for a tip for bringing our things to the room and showing us where it was. We gave him 10€, but he was upset, saying that 10€ was not enough :/. I used to work in the hotel industry, and when someone left me 10€ in the room, I was very grateful. Afterward, the man became very cold towards us and began shouting at us in an unpleasant tone to follow him, saying he would show us where we could have a late dinner. From that moment on, he didn’t even look at us for the rest of our stay. Regarding the rooms, the room was clean and ready for guests, but the cleaning quality standard was at most that of a guesthouse in Europe. However, for the price of the hotel, we were quite satisfied. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms every day; they tried, but occasionally forgot to replace towels, take out the trash, or restock toilet paper. However, this was easy to solve – you just found a cleaning lady nearby, and she gave you whatever you needed. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were at a very high level. The food was excellent. There were always chefs preparing certain dishes in front of you. For the food, I give it *****. However, the problem arose when we arrived for breakfast at 7:00 in the morning. Not everything was ready yet, and by 7:30, the staff still hadn't started making omelets, pita bread, or pancakes. After we confronted the man in charge of eggs, he made an effort, and the omelets were ready within 10 minutes. However, the young lady making the pancakes didn’t even try, acting like she was doing something, but just slacking off. As for the waiters and bartenders, they are all extremely kind. However, if you've been there for a second day and haven't tipped them, they behave very distantly. They prioritize guests who have already tipped them, and you have to wait a long time for your drinks. The most shocking moment was when a waiter blatantly asked for 10€ for arranging tables in the restaurant so our group could sit together. Also, the reception has a chill zone with a TV. We wanted to watch the Champions League on the TV. We asked the bartender in the chill zone to switch the TV to the Real Madrid game (there were about 10 of us who wanted to watch it). He said he was a Barcelona fan and wouldn't switch the TV, but after a while, he did. Additionally, the waiters are very sleazy, and I was afraid to leave my girlfriend or our female friends alone, even in the resort. However, I don’t want to lump the entire staff together. There were some nice waiters who were willing to help, talk with us, and didn’t ask for tips. Besides that, if you wanted to solve any problems at the reception, they would first
