여주 남한강변에 위치해 있어서 조용하고 전경도 좋아요.트립에서 디럭스더블룸 예약하고 갔는데 체크인시 2만원추가하면 남한강뷰라고 해서 추가하고 다녀왔네요(현장 현금결제).주말 셀프바베큐 진행한다해서 문의하고,장소가 5층 야외가든에서 13층 씨엘로 레스토랑으로 변경되었다해서 예약없이 가도되냐했더니 그냥 와도된다 했습니다. 막상 13층 씨엘로 갔더니 서빙직원들은 정신없이 왔다갔다만하고 고객왔는데 기본응대도 안하고,15분정도 지나서(이것도 지나가는 주방직원분에게 요청해서)오더니 바베큐는 안되고 다른 식사 하시라해서 그냥 나왔습니다.
전화문의 받는 직원이나 레스토랑 직원들 서로 책임미루고 핑계되는 모습보니 다시는 가기 싫어졌네요.(타호텔 직원들에 비해 고객응대,서비스 수준 많이 떨어짐)
조용히 쉬고 싶음 가시고,식사나 카페는 주변 좋은곳 가시는거 추천드립니다.

호텔 주변에 산책하기도 좋고 경치도 너무 좋아요
자전거도 대여하는 곳도 있어서 아침에 운동 삼아 한 바퀴 도는 것도 강추 조식 잘 나와서 아침 맛있게 잘 먹었어요.
