i DONT recommend this hotel: ( Especially if you are a non smoker!) : try find another hotel in the similar price range if u can. heres my honest opinion having stayed here for 5 nights. i have stayed in a room 603, on the 6th floor. room is dated which is what you paid for so its not the big problem. 6F is a non smoking floor, when i have reported a strong cigarette smell coming from the room that connects to my room. the hotel manager not only didn't take this seriously, his tone was cold and unfriendly, long story short, they have suggested that i can move to another room at 10:30pm when i have showered n have everything layout in room. i ended up was guided to the the front desk to speak to that same manager Azat. his attitude was arrogant n not customer friendly, just like on the phone. i ended up getting so upset before he said he would do something, when he called back to report that the next door customer did admit that they have smoked in the room, that was no sorry, no nothing. and i was under the impression that it was me who were bothering their evening. so when stay in the non smoking floor smells the cigarette, thats your problem, dont bother me kind of attitude, n either u move to a lower floor with a smaller room, of what do u want me to do - that sort of attitude. very bad customer service from the manager n the male staff here, but to be fair , i have met two female staff members - one who checked me in n other one when i paid for the accommodation, both of the female staff members are very helpful n attentive. a bad shot out Azat. if he is really the manager, then please send him back to training. please consider n think from a customer pov, what would u do when u r showered n about to go to bed at 10:30pm n you smell strong cigarettes smell coming to your room in a non smoking floor n the hotel give you that “ i dont give a fxxk” sort of support?

Unfortunately, this was the most disgusting hotel in my life. first things first: 1) wet bed linen 2) they didn’t check in for a long time even though there were free rooms - well, oh well 3) the bed was already made in my presence 4) old, beaten (literally) furniture - but that’s still okay 5) I checked in in January , for a couple of days, and my heating didn’t work - it was very cold 6) in the room (top floor) there was poor internet connection - I had to look for the point where it was reaching 7) in the bathroom, the towel holder fell off under the weight of the towel 8) the faucet in the shower was screwed on through one place: the water regulator - it rests on the hose from the shower - the water cannot flow normally, because there is a restriction 9) there is an air conditioner, but it did not work 10) the hotel was undergoing renovations on the ground floor 11) there is no elevator, I really , helped deliver things - thank you very much for that. But when the time came to carry them down, my friend was indignant for a long time that there were 2 suitcases. Of the advantages: 1) location 2) generally friendly staff General conclusion: then for the same price it was possible to rent other options in the center, if not for the reviews on the booking. It seems like not two stars for 3 kopecks - at least at the time of my reservation. But I didn’t get such impressions even in a 2* hotel. I definitely don't recommend it. Judging by what was written, there is a feeling that the reviews were cheated: despite a bunch of disadvantages listed in the reviews on the same booking, the rating is still given quite high. In Yerevan this place is not bad. The room is so wide and the bathroom is quite large, but the water is not flowing smoothly. I booked a twin room, but I gave a room on the fourth floor without a balcony. I see from the hotel introduction that most rooms have a balcony, because it doesn't matter if you stay for only one night. The facilities in the room are similar to the domestic three-star facilities. The front desk is quite satisfactory, there is only one hotel elevator, and the waiting time is too long. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, which fits the Chinese stomach and can be full. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. Geographic location is fine, anyway, the whole city is not big, and walking is fine. I think other rooms should be bigger than this value room.

Together with my daughter, I arranged a room with a large bed and a balcony. This hotel has toiletries, cleaning every day, plenty of hot water, bathrobes, bath towels and towels changed every day, and 2 bottles of water every day. There is also bottled water in the restaurant during breakfast. , get it for free, which is better than Ibis, which only has 2 bottles a day. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety, including juice, coffee, yogurt, soup, eggs, etc., all delicious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

В общих комнатах есть занавески на двухярусных кроватях. Чистота в общих зонах. На кухне можно приготовить/разогреть свою еду.

Breakfast and restaurant staff, which speaks quietly in many languages, is a separate topic. You will find everything behind a modest breakfast, with everything very fresh and delicious, with the right feed. Re-booked this hotel. All good. Close to the airport, clean, quiet, air-conditioned. Attractions nearby. We watched the Armenian wedding and baptism in the church of St. Gayane. If you have a transfer in Yerevan and you need to spend the night somewhere, this is an ideal option, by taxi from the airport or back - 300 rubles. In the evenings there are many open cafes near the hotel. The pool was not caught, but this is also a clear plus.
