房間環境很好，床墊睡的很舒服，軟硬適中，乾淨衞生，住的很舒服，車直接停地下室，前台掃碼免費，酒店沒拍照，環境優美，前台小姐姐服務也好，很熱心，宜昌整個城市給人感覺很好，不管是景區還是酒店，遇到的工作人員服務都超讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

衞生：整潔
服務：良好
房間的床舒適，床單被套蓋着舒服，房間衞生很乾凈，四樓還有洗衣房，前台服務真的很好，很有耐心的告訴我們各個景區和路線，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去。酒店還有免費的停車場，走的時候到前台掃碼就可以了
