租房位置離cbd很近，離公交車站很近，方便乘坐B21公交。
入住安全，小區有門禁系統，可乘坐電梯到入住地點，用密碼鎖或者門禁鑰匙開門。
所定的房屋屬於一户的某一房間，裏面設施完善，配備衞生間、小廚房、卧室。滿足基本的生活條件。
優點：交通便捷、住房安全有保障、周圍安靜且居民素質高。
缺點：跟其他房間共用一個防盜門，取外賣聲音，開關門聲音明顯。入住體驗跟居住的其他人素質有關係。

首先很感謝老闆通情達理，讓我部分取消訂單。民宿地理位置很好，離cbd很近，在小區裏面，治安也很好。但是我訂的這個房從開門進去就聞得到廁所的味道，整個房間都聞得到，床上有頭髮，被子也有點味道，廁所很小，馬桶有點老舊，衹有一個吊燈，有點矮不能照亮全房間。但是有一個書櫃，書櫃裏有很多書，這點很好。

首先説民宿位置還是不錯，離均瑤廣場和cbd都幾百米；其次説一下里麪的配置，這個民宿是隔斷了四個房間，我們房間為暖途，要稍微大一點點，房間有兩個卧室，算是小小巧巧，其餘三個房間為一人間，隔音效果一般，設施不算很好，主卧的床太軟，這個因人而異，次卧的空調有點不起作用；隔出來小客廳沒有空調，來的正是宜昌熱的時候，坐不住，洗手間裏面換氣扇也沒有，廚房還好，用了一下冰箱，有一股説不出來的味道，設施呢？比較陳舊；服務態度還是不錯的，總之，這次的民宿總體來説，對我而言不是很滿意，感覺不出回到家的感覺，和去酒店住差不多。
