This trip brought the elderly and children, and I wanted to find a hotel with better quality near the east station. Lavande Hotel fully met my expectations. The check-in front desk upgraded us to a business room, the room size is larger. The hotel room is very clean and bright, the color of the room is very resort style, and the facilities are complete. The dining experience in the morning is good. Although several hotels are in the same building, the quality of the food is good and the supply is sufficient. Check-in experience is good!

Because it was almost 11 o'clock when we arrived at East Station, we didn't want to bother relatives and friends to pick us up, so we booked a hotel in advance. It was right at the passenger terminal, a five- to six-minute walk from the East Station. It was quite cold that day, so when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait for six to seven minutes. The hotel corridor is so long.
It's okay for a temporary stay. It's convenient to take a bus the next morning.

I stayed with my children and the elderly for two nights, and applied for a late check-out with the front desk. The overall experience was good. CCharlesWe were upgraded in bigger rooms. the beds are large and comfy, the breakfrast is good although i don't recommend the orange juice. They have many different options for the breakfast toasts, cereals, eggs, sausages., bacon, rice, noodles, fruit and even salad. i enjoyed the corn bread. The rooms had a tea corner which was very cute and are modern. The shower gel and shampoo smelled.really good (from.essential oil). the corridors smelled.good with comfy carpet. A great find in Yichang ! if you have time, i recommend crossing the bridge and hiking in the park accross the hotel for wonderful views of the yangtze river.

GGuest UserService of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

I am a solo traveller and the staff went out of their way to take care of me . They organised a superb driver for me to do some private tourist activities ( the waterfalls were out of this world and not so crowded, which I really appreciated).
The bathroom is particularly nice with a really big shower and a bath tub plus lovely fluffy towels.
 breakfasts were really good with a wide selection of healthy and also more typical offerings and unusual for China. The coffee was good quality.

The parking lot has charging piles and is divided into ground and underground garages for free parking. The breakfast is also great, with a rich variety. The hotel front desk service is also very enthusiastic and provides umbrellas, sewing kits, earplugs, hair bands, bandages, etc. It is close to Yichang East Station and is convenient for taking the train. There is a commercial street downstairs at the door with all kinds of food, drink and entertainment. There is also a large supermarket on the right side of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. The 7 Days Hotel is a high-end chain hotel under Jinjiang, so the facilities are still good. There is also a self-service laundry room on the 12th floor equipped with a dryer and an automatic washing machine. It is indeed a very satisfactory stay experience.
The only flaw is that the hotel breakfast is too rich, which makes me eat too much, and my weight loss plan is ruined again...

I think the newly renovated rooms are clean, well maintained, and smoke-free. The size is small and the views are not great but for the price, I will never actually complain. It is a better bang for your buck than most other hotels in the area.
I highly recommend this hotel.
