I have been struggling whether to book a few days at the Metropark Hotel for a vacation, so I booked one day to try it out. As soon as I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's environment and service. I stayed for 2 more days at night. We had a pleasant 4-day and 3-night holiday at the Metropark. Special thanks to the supervisor at the service desk, who was serious, careful, and patient in helping our group of 9 people. The room in Building 2 is not only large in size, but also has a balcony, where you can see the rain and fog in the distant mountains, which is very beautiful. It is so enjoyable to soak in the hot springs in the infinity pool on the top of the mountain at night. The buffet breakfast has many varieties and is rich.

The sanitary disinfection link is also in place than the average hotel and homestay, which makes people feel relieved. There are two points to be pointed out in this trip: 1. We are a family of four large and one small accommodation, two rooms are set, the elderly are inconvenient to move, the big bed room is set, the young people are tatami. As a result, when I arrived in the room, the old father found that the bed was too soft and he couldn’t sleep (lumbar disc herniation). He decided to change to tatami mats later, but it was too close to the ground. He was fat and his waist and legs hurt. We were afraid that he would not be convenient to get down. I explained the situation with the front desk lady. The B&B gave us an extra bed in the double room for free in the bay window, which solved the problem of the elderly sleeping; 2. On the day of leaving the store, due to our own negligence, we forgot the children's coat in the hotel wardrobe. After contact and communication, we also mailed it back. There are many other small questions about this stay, including that we have questions in the group late at night, and we have also responded. Service attitude is indeed available 👍🏻👍🏻 Pick some bones in the egg: 1. Spider webs are found on the outdoor balcony; 2. Breakfast is exquisite, but not suitable for fat old father 😂, it should be prepared in groups, the tastes of the elderly and young people, and the meal volume is still different. Hahaha, in addition to the old father, others are still full. ps: Maybe I heard that my father didn't eat enough.
