It’s really good to bring a baby! The children's play area can make children have fun, because it is rare to see one that big. The hot spring water in the room is large enough, and the dinner is good, but the breakfast is much ordinary... I hope it will get better and better. The soup in Hikari is also excellent. The swimming pool is okay. I hope it can be warmer🤣

This hot spring hotel is very close to the train station. The environment is quiet and comfortable. We didn't arrive at the check-in time. We were able to go to the hotel's public hot spring bath. The arrangement was very good. The place is big. We will stay here again next time.

Evergreen Phoenix Hotel is an all-inclusive hotel. I took my family here to have a rest during the summer vacation. It lasted three days and two nights in total. In addition to taking a good soak in the hot springs in the room, the hotel also had other facilities such as swimming pool, spa, and afternoon tea, which made us completely relax. . The next day, they helped us tidy up the house, replaced all the supplies, and remade the bed very efficiently. This made the trip end very successfully.

平均一年會來1到2次的飯店，小孩的天堂，進來就不想離開。裡面的設施各自吸引不同年鈴層，家族旅遊也很適合帶爸媽跟小孩來放鬆。這次加錢入住芬朵奇堡樓層，覺得很多很棒的部分。 1. 我們選一大床房型，有浴缸可泡澡還可以邊泡澡邊看電視，因為有音源輸出到浴室。房內有帳篷，兩個小孩第一晚都睡帳篷，爸媽反而可以享受超大的一大床不用再被小孩踢被冷醒。 2.住兩晚都遇到下雨天，可以在自己房間樓層開電動車不用去8樓排隊玩公用電動車。推薦住9樓，遇到下雨天的時候8樓走道還可能會塞車。 3.從9樓到窩窩樂有樓梯可通到8樓，從8樓有樓梯可下到趣七樓，這些設施都在同一邊，可以不搭電梯省下往返走路的時間。 4.第二天待到1點整去趣七樓，已經有其他房客先到了，還好還有空位，因為在接下來十分鐘內即將就額滿了。手沖咖啡很香，配上現場提供的餅乾麵包，很享受，但如果沒有找到座位就無法品嚐手沖咖啡。第一天下午三點多來趣七樓簡直是災難，一堆人走來走去，還有人問沒座位可以站著吃嗎?就算坐著也無法很放鬆，因為旁邊會有人在等你的位置。 5.很感謝飯店在兩點半後就準備好房間可以領房卡了，領房卡時就已經看到有人在排隊要等劃位電影票。上到九樓就看到領車中心也在排隊了，結果一到九樓就是小孩先去排隊領車中心，因為小孩雖然才小學三年級，但也有點大了，怕沒有適合他的車。結果果然沒錯，選擇很少，最後還好有選到他能開的車，不然唯一只看到一台較大台的摩托車給更大的哥哥騎。希望能進一些合適的車給這些小學三年級以上的大孩子騎。 6.很喜歡的是退房後跟進房前都能使用6樓的設施，每次退房後我們都會去SPA活水區玩。櫃臺還有拖鞋可以借，也有提供大毛巾跟水，衣櫃內還有袋子讓你裝濕衣服。整個都很貼心。玩水後我都會讓小孩先梳洗，好了之後到櫃檯旁邊的積木區玩，我在慢慢收拾東西。 7.房間內的備品也都不馬虎，我最愛的歐舒丹備品跟牛仔包，每次來內容物會更換，完全不會膩。

The room we booked was a loft style room. The room itself is very compact , so there wasn’t any area to actually sit and relax sadly. The bathroom was very tight and the onsen itself wasn’t very big but sufficient. However, there is an open hot spring on the roof top. The swimming pool was good as well as was the good size jacuzzis which my toddler loved. Breakfast had good selection. Dinner was very quiet and heard we were their first customers on their soft opening. The food was good overall. The location is good as it’s smack bang in the middle of town with lots of tourist wondering around. I think this hotel just lacks that extra thoughtful touch for their clients , eg. Robes, little welcome notes which some of the other 4 star hot spring hotels nearby do pay attention to. The walk wall to the room had a musky odour but the staff were curious and helpful, especially when next room were making noises up until late ! I would suggest a change of uniform for the stay because they all seem to wear a white work shirt and black trousers which is so eighties! Also, there is a middle age gentlemen I saw walking around all day and night, usually eating at the restaurant and sitting at the front lounge with his laptop working. I’m wondering if he’s the Manager/ GM, because if he is , I would suggest he smile a little because he did seem very grumpy and miserable . I could be wrong .

The ugliest thing is up front. We saw a terrible scene at the breakfast buffet (there are photos and videos to prove it). When placing the tableware on the table, a staff member put napkins, cutlery, etc. in his back pocket. Our whole family watched. After arriving, I lost all my appetite and felt nauseous. I was even more shocked when I heard that he was the ”Vice President” of the hotel! I hope he can face up to the health issue advantage: - The two single beds in the room can be combined together, which is suitable for two adults and one child to sleep together. The bed is clean and easy to sleep on; the toilet, shower and toilet are separated into two rooms. - The balcony is huge -Polite receptionist - Delicious popsicles will be provided after bathing in the hot springs shortcoming: - The toilet in the game area is very smelly - The toilet door in the room closes automatically and cannot be kept open. Children can easily get caught if they open the door by themselves. - The front desk staff did not notice that we were staying for 2 nights, so the key card was automatically demagnetized the next day, and we had to go to the front desk to get a new room card.
