Amazing hotel. The concierge, Jay, was extremely helpful in finding a driver and consulting with us on activities in the area. The spa services were top quality and the breakfast was great (and good value for money). Can’t say enough good things about all the service staff at the hotel.

The hotel is in a developing part of the city. So, not a lot around it. But that’s the only disadvantage. It is a beautiful and stylish hotel. The service matched the quality. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A special mention to Rain. He helped us two times. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The room stylishly decorated. We didn’t get to swim but the pool is large. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

I didn't know that the epidemic around Yinchuan was so serious until I got off the plane. Wanting to try my luck, I rented a car and drove to Wuzhong County. There were almost no cars on the expressway, and some openings were blocked. After driving for more than an hour, I got off the expressway and drove on the national highway. I was blocked by a row of dirt piles at a place 15 kilometers away from Weizhou Town. After inquiring, I found out that it was closed due to the epidemic. Control the status without leaving home. I had to drive back to Yinchuan, and I chose Marriott, a relatively high-end hotel in Yinchuan, on Ctrip. Marriott's staff are very enthusiastic, and the sanitation is good, which comforted my lost heart. When I learned that the room I booked did not have breakfast, I took the initiative to give me breakfast. They also upgraded my room to a panoramic room, overlooking the entire night view of Yinchuan at night. The exhaustion of the day was relieved by staying at the Marriott Hotel for one night. Due to the epidemic, I have to leave as soon as possible, and I will definitely come to Yinchuan again. What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%!
