We went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather. The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

Qingyuan Yingde Baojing Palace Hot Spring Hotel is highly recommended. This is the best place to experience this time when I returned to China for vacation. Breakfast is okay, with about ten or twenty varieties. There are electric cars and bicycles for rent at the door of the hotel, which is convenient for traveling. There are also several restaurants nearby, which is also very convenient for eating.

I went to Baojing Palace to stay at this hotel. The front desk service was very good. If there are elderly people in the family, they will be arranged on the 4th floor without going up the stairs. The environment is clean and hygienic! Convenient parking! Even after twelve o'clock at night, there are still children shouting and playing in the corridor. Room service staff should increase their service awareness and take the initiative to mediate, instead of asking customers to respond to problems before handling them.

There are not many cars on the road during the Chinese New Year, and I slept until I woke up naturally in the morning without feeling noisy. The service at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and they also gave me fruits when I checked in, which makes me feel very comfortable. It's a pity that I didn't go to the hot spring because I had to rush the next day. If I come here next time, I will book this hotel again.
