前廳帥哥美女對客服務意識強，差不多十一點到店，坐車很累，到店後，不用説就給我安排了靠過道中間安靜的房間，還免費給我升級了空間大的房間，真的讓我意想不到，還有增值服務很到位，辦理入住後經理還送了果盤和幾瓶水，很貼心，酒店服務就是服務客人想不到的事情，星程酒店伊寧市火車站店工作人員做到了，很給力，房間細節衞生做的好，設備齊全，住着安靜舒適，整體相當好，下次來伊寧還會選擇這家酒店入住，性價比高，強烈推薦大家！

認準華住過來住的，定的時候沒有含早餐的選項，看評論都有送早餐但實際就是要加不少錢。房間挺好的，但是熱水實在是太不穩定了，一會兒熱一會兒冷且水量很小，噴頭都掉漆嚴重了不知道為啥，其他設施都很舒適
