我們定的三居室，3476元一晚，三個房間，都有問生間，客廳很大，房型很滿意，就是夜裡狗叫，一大早施工6點被吵醒，心情很糟糕，經理解釋了原因，做了補償，態度服務還算滿意！早餐不錯，麪條好吃。

園區很大，有漂亮的無邊泳池。服務很好，每位工作人員都笑臉相迎。親子房也很寬敞，還有小朋友玩的各種車車，進門看到了毛巾做成的小雪人和龍，小朋友很驚喜。就是衞生略有欠佳，剛入住，洗手池上有上一位客人沒用完的牙膏，牀頭櫃下面有灑落的薯片，丟進洗衣籃的浴袍也沒有拿走清洗。

剛開業的時候就來過，環境非常好。夏天有無邊泳池可以帶孩子戲水，冬天可以到屋頂泡温泉看星星。管家也非常貼心，離開的時候還贈送了我們宜興特產的烏米和筍乾。心然別院清凈，不吵鬧，是來宜興山裡避暑的不二之選。

酒店環境非常好，乾淨整潔，整個園區像個小公園，裝修復古風整體感覺很舒適很放鬆。朋友生日去的，提前添加了管家微信，管家幫忙佈置了房間，期間服務特別到位，有求必應，朋友們都非常滿意。
