優秀的前台部、完美的客房部、拉胯的餐飲部（中餐廳），這是本人入住期間對開元酒店的總結。 先説優點：1、辦理入住時的前台女孩很熱情效率高，看到我們家有個剛過140的娃，就幫忙免費申請了一份早餐，錢的事小，但前台這種賓至如歸的服務意識讓人對開元頓時有了好感；2、在入住期間，洗臉盆下水塞子壞了，請客房部安排人來維修，服務員很熱心的幫忙催了2次，還在門口等候讓我不要着急，維修師傅估計也在忙滿頭大汗的趕來很快就修好了，還一個勁的和我説抱歉來晚了，搞得我很不好意思，就是這種完美的客房服務才是我印象中開元的品質。 接下來就要説下拉胯的餐飲部中餐廳了，真是活久見，我真懷疑中餐廳是開元外包的。40度的天氣，懶得帶娃去外面吃，晚上就打算在中餐廳隨便將就下，4大2小電梯一出來就找個服務員問餐廳大廳在哪裡，結果服務員大媽一臉莫名，反應過來後指指“四季軒”的地方，這態度我也不在意，估計中餐廳專做包間生意吧。我們進去一看不大的廳，放了6、7桌的樣子，其中有2桌正在用餐，我們就找了個6人桌入座發現白色桌布上挺臟，就讓邊上高個黑制服女士幫忙換下桌布，她沒有表情慢吞吞的換了，這時我心裏有點不舒服也沒説什麼，讓她點了2葷2素1主食，同時要她都倒下白開水，她分2批送來5杯，我就説還少1杯，她指着邊上幾杯説：這裏不是有白開水麼？我氣笑了説：我們6人就給5杯麼？隨後她又有點不情願的去到了杯來。過了會，看到其他2桌的人都走了菜還沒上，房間空調像沒開一樣熱，就又和這位高個子服務員説大廳就我們1桌了讓菜快點、空調也調低點，她馬上用怪怪的語調説：我們還有其他包間呢，不止你們這桌，另外空調都開了因為門開着才熱的。至此，我已經不想多言了，和家人孩子們快速用完餐就走了，就算結賬時給我打了9折我心情也沒好到哪去。總之，這酒店中餐廳我是不會再來了，也建議散客不要來、點菜少的不要來、脾氣不好的不要來。開元酒店總體是好的，但因為中餐廳的拉胯，我下次也不會再入住了。
